I've worn my dw5600-bb01 everyday for 4 years. Been hunting in the harshest conditions from swap to field to ocean all across the western states. Never have I wished to myself for a tougher watch, BUT at the price point I can own BOTH and not kill myself!! Love these tanks.
Right now I have a 5600 and gwg1000. Planning on getting a rangmaster either the old one or new one, as well as the King or just another 5600 as I have the one with black buttons and a red negative display.
Many years on, I'm still waiting for a BB tough solar. All the other's interface are too messy. The BB is the only Gshock I will buy but I don't want to replace the battery and risk losing the 200m waterproof.
DW-5600BB has brighter and bigger digits. GX-56BB looks prettier. If you put the display of the former into the case of the latter that watch would sell like hot cakes.

Gshock king is my first gshock. It is quite overkill size however is really have a presence when u going out.
Not suitable for those formal attire.
You want a beast made to overkill then get the gwg1000.

Already have the David one...the Goliath still handsome though, except i have a not big wrist (won't says small, might offended other) 6.7 inch ...
Are all of them the same. I mean the Dw5600. I see some with numbers like 1jc, 1c, etc

For me the King seems to be the most unpractical gshock ever. It is huge and still has very small digits, and only in negative version.

i like minimalistic and practic, the chunky watch (goliath) doesnt represent a functional improvement, is just chunky. david all the way.

I had a GX 56BB Solar and I didn't like because when I woke up in the morning, a lot times the watch was off. No sun light, no watch.
Use to own a tough solar. I just leave it under the sun about a day when the battery was low. Never needed a recharge for almost a year.
