Looks so hard to do but it's an experience to take indeed ! I want to travel solo in Asia as well but I hope I'll make friends to not always be alone. :) I'm planning to go to the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam this year !! Maybe other neighbor countries as well if it's not too difficult because I am scared honestly. Would be my first time in Asia. I would like to post videos too but I only have a phone which has a good camera but I do not know how to film nice.

If you have international roaming service for your own country's sim card, you can access any apps in China. You traveled to so many countries without international roaming for your phone as a backup? You probably didn't do it to save money, because you took a taxi for so long in Japan when taxis were so expensive but didn't complain. Is the power outage in the hotel room because the room card was not inserted into the card slot? If you put the card in the right place then never mind this question. You said you couldn't understand the big screen at the airport... In fact, if you wait a few more seconds, the language on the big screen will scroll to English. Try to do some study in advance when you arrive in a country, even if you are just transiting. If you understand it, you will find that there are actually capsule hotels in the airport, which are as small as the tiny rooms you like in Japan, and you don't have to leave the airport. In addition, as a foreigner, it is already a great advantage to get help in your own language when you arrive in a different country. Please put aside your prejudice.

Thank you so much for educating me! I am always open to learning about different cultures and I'm sorry if this video looked like I was ignorant or hateful. I was trying my best but in the end I was just tired and frustrated.

@@listenchilltravel1237 I understand that it must be tiring to be alone in a strange country. if you want, maybe travel to China again with some travel plans. China has 56 ethnic groups and 34 provinces. Each ethnic group has a very unique culture, and each province has a lot of fun. I dare say that China is definitely one of the safest countries in the world. Everyone is very friendly to foreigners. Hope u have a good time in Japan.

Maybe you could take several days to travel to China next time and watch some guide videos before. I believe it can help you a lot. It is not easy to layover in any unfamiliar country, so please do not have a bias against China. I don't know why you are surprised by a small room in Japan. Just like Upper said it is not bigger than the toilet in Guangzhou's Hotel. Hope you have a great travel to China soon.

So you need to try to understand a place before you go there instead of complaining about it. Because most Chinese people in foreign countries are more inconvenienced than what you are experiencing.

1, The hotel's lights weren't broken, you just didn't place your room card in the correct position.
2, Despite the helpfulness of the Chinese airport staff, they received no gratitude from you, while you were excessively excited about a small windowless Japanese room of only 2 square meters. Bias.
3, The taxi fare for two hours in Tokyo is definitely more expensive than the airport hotel, yet I didn't hear any complaints from you. Bias.
4, Feeling China to be unsafe is unbelievable; you 've defenitelly been brainwashed by propaganda machine.
Certainly, China's internet firewall does inconvenience foreign tourists, but all it takes is a few minutes to download a VPN from the Apple App Store to solve this issue.

Thank you for educating me and I'm sorry if I was ignorant or hateful. I don't think China is unsafe at all. I was just overwhelmed by being in a very different country by myself.

Man i typed and deleted and typed again, try to find a way that is not sounding offensive and rude. The lack of travel knowledge and bias you have is quite astounding, and clearly you did not do any research before you travel to China (even a small quick video on TH-cam can help a lot before your landing). Still, sorry you had a bad experience but hope you can learn from this trip and check all the tips people give you in the comments, it’s very useful. If there’s a next time you come to China, do some research and try to embrace every cultural difference because it is a beautiful country with warm heart people.
    Good luck

Are you serious? When you did the check-in in Chiang Mai, you didn't even know it's baggage claim straight up, but you said in the video that you don't know where the baggage is? By the way, I'm just curious, why were you so excited when you entered the narrow hotel room in Tokyo, even though it's the same small size as the toilet in Guangzhou? Come on, girl! Please don't be so prejudicial when making this video!!!
