felt like i spent half my life trying to learn this, and in 15 minutes you made me understand this shit vividly! shout out the man, the legend and the only sam webster
I suffered a major Venus sinus Thrombosis in October of 2016. Then after 8 operations to block some of the fistulars at Salford Royal, I was still confused as to what happened and what was done to me in the intervening 6 years. You showed me in 15 minutes and helped explain why I suffer with migraines and their position, cheers.
Your lectures are amazing! It was the first time that I thought anatomy can be fun and that I not only want to pass but to understand how those things work and why!!! THANK YOU :) By the way, can you make a lecture about the limbic system?
LOL. I tried learning this from various books(CAN'T PICTURE THE STORY), tried searching stuff online and as you said people don't really mention it, and in 15 minutes everything is just crystal clear. Thank you very much sir.
Thank u I've never asked myself how these models are put together. Thanks for showing us that.Totally Amazing, Lol Only the qualities of a truly Brilliant teacher. God Bless, Keep'em coming
Is ther any particular reason why the cavernous sinus is built like that? I've been wondering what on earth the reason behind sending cranial nerves and an artery through a vein!
what about the arachnoid granulations that appear in the superior sagittal sinus? Why not in other sinuses? Why are there openings or splits in the dura mater, is that where the capillaries are draining into and the granulations found between the split of the dura sift through it? Are there more capillaries draining into the superior sagittal sinus? and when there is a split of dura why do we call that a sinus as well when the sinuses are generally regarded as veins?
Thank you for a great demo. May I ask if you provide a demo on exact flow of the blood through each sinus? I have an exam in the coming days and cannot get my head around it lol
Wonderful videos. Thank you. Keep it up, Dr. W. Is the periosteum of the cranial bones the same as the outer portion of the dura mater or are there 2 layers of dura and then a periosteum?
Hey these are fabulous thankyou! Can you make an updated playlist with all your neuro videos in? These neuroanatomy ones would be gold if in one place! Do you have a Patreon account? :)
Hello, I was informed I possibly had venous sinus thrombosis from a MRV scan. I was scanned again with CTA it was negative. I just want to be sure it’s negative. I see that you have a lot of experience with the scans. If all possible could you view my two scans you can also use them for studies and teaching purposes.

Is ther any particular reason why the cavernous sinus is built like that? I've been wondering what on earth the reason behind sending cranial nerves and an artery through a vein!
My favorite parts are when you drop the models and when you act eccentric and silly, much more engaging than a boring professional monotone lesson
Video starts at 2:02
