Yes it will affect. You should know that you are a failure and you are a waste. You couldn't even pass this ACCA. Which company will take failure like you?
Being frank I haven’t seen any multinational companies or big fours looking at your exam attempts. You need qualification thats it . No matter whether you completed it in first go or failed several times. If you are ACCA Member or affiliate and if you can perform really well in interviews. You can get your dream job 👍

At 3500 monthly, its next to impossible to survive in Dubai and with 3 years of experience and qualified ACCA you can get the same salary in India
