Acá comemos algo muy parecido a eso. Le decimos Ñoquis. La masa lleva un porcentaje de harina de trigo 4 ceros, y los cocinamos en agua y los colamos. También lo pasamos por un tenedor antes de cocinar para que quede rallado 💪💪👏👏🇺🇾

it's because u only see the videos of one single village(Pankhang) and they are all from the same Rai community. But Nepal has more than 120 castes and communities and each one have their own culture and food. What u have been seeing is just Rai people and Rai culture and not the whole Nepal.
