This looks great!! Just checking, will this work with an existing LXD cluster? I don't have drives specifically for this, but i've been meaning to sort something with ceph and this sounds ideal :)
Yeah, you'll just need to run `systemctl reload snap.lxd.daemon` after installing microceph so LXD can detect it and set the right paths for the ceph config.

I was able to get this working using Proxmox and three virtual machines. I am putting a doc together on the process. I can share it with you when done.
