When you hear the classic road trip song you know you are gonna have a good time 😁😁😁
Glad to see the road trip videos make a return, I've missed them! Hope to see more in the future.
Bjorn thank for taking the time to show video of the town you stayed in over night. To me I love to seeing the country you live in & the countries you drive through. The EVs are great too. Thanks for posting.
Happy to see the old school map graphics are back for the new road trip!
My priority when clearing the car of snow would have been the taillights in this case. Rear (fog) lights in the white-outs might be a 'bit' hard to see like this. ;-)
Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiandsand roadtrip would be nice. But I will watch it wherever you deside to go.
I love your road trips! Keep them coming! I would also really like to see a 1000 km challenge with the SR+ /D
Bjork made one. Check th-cam.com/video/roNsuXnMiwc/w-d-xo.html
I really love "roadtrips videos" because are opportunities to discover Norway, beatiful landscapes etc.. You should be paid by Norwegian Tourism deparment :)
@@EVPaddy this is just a taste... you should really go see Norway //Swede
@@EVPaddy sure, I love warm and nice weather... but I also love northern lights and beautiful frozen small towns in the north of Norway and Sweden...
Yes, more road trips, please. With scary weather. :)
Ok Bjorn - my suggestion is to visit Australia and do some road trips out west? You have a big following here and we would welcome you and wifey 👍😬
One extreme to the other - crazy wildfires this time of year or crazy snowstorms this time of year.
Good to see you back doing the road trips through that fantastic winter wonderland. It's interesting to see your approach to driving in snow. Here in the UK, we slide about all over the road, whereas you even overtake as though there is no snow. Brilliant.
I guess that's 4 wheel drive and proper, studless, tyres?
I was in Rjukan this day in the valley next door :)
The weather around Vemork was wild.
Nice to see that regular road trips are back on the menu!
If you go to Bergen, I suggest you try the route Hol-Aurland. Fantastic scenery on the top, then you get the really dark and narrow tunnels down to Aurland where you have the supercharger. That steep downhill from Geiteryggen turisthytte is amazing for the regen. 👍👍👍 For the return, maybe Hardangervidda or maybe show the cool Lærdalstunnelen.
More road trips please loving the countryside you have there and the car is preforming well
Yesterday in the Livestream we talked about the old Roadtrips and today there is a new one. Thank you :)
You turned around when the fun part of the road started. From Geilo to Eidfjord.
Nice B-roll @ 13:25 You are getting good at editing the videos and making them interesting!
Loving the road trips keep them coming, fantastic idea for the wipers to de ice them on pre heat 👍
Fun to watch but looked scary!! Nicely handled in the snow storm!!
I was cringing while you're removing the hard ice from your car. I was worried about the paint. LOL! You need to wait for your CYBERTRUCK before you can do that. With Cybertruck, you can use ice pick (or even SLEDGE HAMMER) to remove hard, stubborn ice without worrying about the paint to peel or scratch, and the stainless steel body is almost indestructible.
Bro, I have LLumar PPF.
I think an interesting road trip would be a recommended Norway tour, depending on the season maybe.
So if anyone is interested in doing a driving tour of Norway, like I hope to do one day, they can find useful info and tips in this video or series of videos.
You have the tools and the knowledge and that amazing country is at your toes tips 😃Show us the way, master! 😁
Crazy Norwegian overtaking LOL - must have some good winter tyres. Brenna would be a nice road trip - never seen that far North.
I was using good Chinese Nereus tires ;)
cold climate vehicles should be sold with heating elements in the light clusters, LEDs just don't give out enough heat to keep them clear of snow.
Good point, do other car brands have that feature?
Not sure rzvqvb there are solutions in the US but are aftermarket and primarily aimed at commercial and offroad use.
bengthu; I'm thinking more in context with the tail-lights, no forward motion to clear powder snow and the sticky, slushy snow we get clogs the front even with heated headlight washers
@@quadcopter we could spray gasoline on the lights and ignite it 🙄😂
Awh man I miss snow. We barely got any snow this year in Canada
Great video , brings back the old days when I was out in all that snow, but cars in those days broke down all the time.
ABW - always be working
Nice road trip Bjørn. Thanks.
Snow storms - well scary to be out driving in them and the road surfaces looked very icy. Nice to see the car handled it all well.
Roadtrip in Murmansk/Russia would be a great challenge
That's not a roadtrip, that's an expedition! 😲
Yes! Oslo-Bergen-Stavanger-Oslo in SR+! That would be interesting!
Shieeettt...very nice music in the background Bjorn!!
Your roadtrips are cool :) more would be great
did buy a Model 3 LR in september. been watching your vids ever since. would be so cool to see a vid from my hometown Stavanger :)
Your road trip videos are the best! More of this please. How about a road trip along the western coast of Norway (Stavanger-Bergen-Ålesund)?
One of your best Roadtrip Videos, Bjørn! Thank you. 😊
Oslo to Bodø sounds good. How about one stretch via Sweden?
I should go back to Åndalsnes/Trollveggen. That road in the morning is epic!
More winter road trips please!
Idea for a road trip (but I have no idea if that's far or not) : you could go visit your Norvegian friends that we didn't hear about for a long time, or to Bodo say happy new year to mom, and test the new superchargers on the way ? :)
How about taking us on a road trip from Oslo to see the Northern Lights and Lofoten (Tjeldbergtund, Nusfjord)? Doesn't have to be scary weather...
This...
I really love your videos Bjorn.
Keep up the good work ;-)
Can You do a meeting with all Your Teslas as for now and the sold ones? Millennium Falcon, MC Hammer and Optimus Prime, all together would really be a nice trip thru memory lane!
I saw the same behavior in my car. Pre-heating the car with app doesn't seem to fully heat the battery but "keep climate on" does and uses a lot of energy. Just like in the video.
Test the v3 supercharger in england. That is a nice trip.
The stator stops preheating the battery when you open the door.
For the wheel arches, I use the ice scraper part of the snowbrush. Carefully, of course 😋 inside the rims is hopeless. Do you have the ph2 turbines? If I get the chance, I go to self wash and spray the wheels and and arches. Silicone spray can also be a good idea inside of the arches from time to time. Easier to get rid the ice
Would be awesome if you could replicate one of the old roadtrips with millennium falcon and compare etc charging speed, efficiency and check out the developments in infrastructure.. 😀
Nice trip thank you. I once ate carbonade med lok in Geilo
When the video started I began cleaning my iPads screen thinking it was dirty ! Surely you’re carrying an ice scrapper/brush in the car !?
Hi Bjorn how about a road trip in the 39KW Kia E-Soul, I think that a lot of Canadians would like to see the performance of this none heat pump model in winter and see how the charging is. We have a lot available on the lot for immediate delivery.
Snow storm is scary but i like it🌨️👍
I know that you stopped Nimbering, but I would like to see more trips with some kind of purpose. No offense, loving your content ✌️
You can add Jørpeland and the new world longest car tunnel Ryfast that opened in Jan. Between Bergen and Stavanger to your road trip.
Please visit Lyngdal soon! ;-) You can have a meetup at the supercharger!
Man that looks amazing
Take a trip to Sarpsborg😁 It is very nice here👍🏻👍🏻
Take a Winter trip to Ålesund 😀
Go to Bodø! :D Will be ~2500 km challenge! ;)
Can you do a Oslo - Monaco run, as fast ass possible, but one longer rest.
Bjørn should make a mobile game that's called "winter hammering xtreme" 😃
I can imagine that game becoming available to play on the Tesla infotainment system…
Tromsö roadtrip have been a challenge and Tesla X you sold revist and if new owner are happy with it.
Yes more road trip in norway !
Yeah, more Roadtrips pls 🤘
Model 3 is surely a good car
Please make extreme Winter test with model 3 also. Similar to model x you did.
Please do a long trip with Model 3 SR+ ! :)
come to Romania .drive the transfagarasan
What is the transfagarasan?
Come to Sweden. Oslo-Mora-Gävle-Stockholm-Karlstad-Oslo
How about Moscow - in winter ?? It looks nearly doable... #Burning3 or better #Total Recharge :)
18:34 Neineinei.
‘I’m just going to do some shots over here...” Wait what? Whisky shots?! “.... b roll..” Oh.
Great videa as always! But why don't you use your window wiper more often, during the snow storm?
Too bad holidays are over, now I have to wait till the evening before I can watch it. :(
yeah, i feel you... work starts for me tomorrow...
@@MrTechfreak95 Lucky you
yep, ice radials in a snow storm for the win.
not mandatory here in alberta, but are in the mountains in bc.
my winter is a little more like your slightly more northern areas.
i've driven worse. :)
did u livestream when u drove through the snowstorms? is there a vod of the stream id love to see the whole thing
I have the Jaba 65t active headphones and they are so good the sound and extras on the app is great 👍
How can full self driving work when the camera are covered with snow and shit?
challenging driving in Norway.
If only uk got some snow.
Hey Bjørn what is the trick to preheat the battery for an IONITY charger with a Model 3?
Why don't you take a road trip to Lapland in Finland?
2:40 how come preheating to 50C allows high charging in a Tesla? With the Leaf it starts to throttle back over 45C (or less)... surely somewhere between 15-25C is optimal?
David's World and yet the battery warranty for say a Model 3 is the same as a Leaf (100k, 8 years)
Route 45 in Sweden up to Finnland would be new
Can you use track mode or loudicrous plus in order to heat up the battery for charging faster?
ATB
Do you got dashcam recordings from this drive? I'm curious what the AP cameras are able to pick up in this weather
Tesla modell 3 standard range+ 1000 km challenge i also want to se.
Have asked for that before
Go on E134 all the way then come back to Oslo on Hardangervidda
Hey can you pls tell me the name your rims:)?. Best regards from Germany
Good duck
Just a question for regular AWD norvegian owners. Do you have access to the acceleration boost upgrade ?
I want to see how a convoy works.

@@bjornnyland Thank you! That is an extreme old video :D
But if there comes a opportunity, please make a new one with some details about how it works, and what do do or not to do.
There is a gadget that will send Bluetooth fo your wireless earbuds. They are mad for planes. I got one. About $30 usd
Does E-tron heat up battery while preconditioning?
19:26 Tesla Model X
Geilo!!!
go to Romania
anyone know the song that plays around the 5:00 minute mark? realy like the beat and it drives me nuts that i can´t find a match for it!
Auto translate says plenty of jews at the beginning bjorn....😂😂😂
#Bjørn Would it preconditioned the battery if you put it in track mode?

Den appen du bruker med alle tallene (temp osv). Hvor finner du den?
Description
What kind of tires did you use?
Nereus/Firemax
Good video :) Stavanger - ryfylke is recommended , 13 - 134 - Haukeli
