Having never been exposed to most/all of these songs I can only comment on how great their harmonies and unison were. Mitch and Scott are amazing together, but I miss the fullness of the whole Pentatonix group.
For more “comical” Superfruit with serious vocals give a listen to their Defying Gravity parody and also their Frozen cover with Kirstin helping them out. This isn’t Pentatonix, this is Superfruit! A separate group consisting of Scott and Mitch. They had a TH-cam channel for years, and made several albums (but this is completely separate from the group Pentatonix). Besides that, love your reactions! 😊

You'll find that for Superfruit medleys there's always a track with Scott playing piano and Mitch adding third harmony parts here and there where they felt it would help. Superfruit is where they explored what they couldn't within the constraints of PTX, mostly with layering, instruments... and stuff more gay and/or risqué than PG-13 (Kevin swore he would never guest on Superfruit's vlog 🤣). Avi amd Kirstin showed up a few times over the course of the project... but only Kirstin sang with them.
hey y'all, i super love this!! but i notice some confusion, so to clarify: this is not Pentatonix!! it's Superfruit and it's totally separate from PTX - as you noticed, it's just Scott & Mitch, and none of the others from PTX are involved (except sometimes, kirstin & other musicians / youtubers may be featured in their content) Superfruit is not a capella, but they have a very cool unique sound that can be seen more in their own music - they have an entire original album called Future Friends, and there's a music video for each song! however, you should keep in mind that they're very much more "themselves" in their Superfruit content, and not as "wholesome" as PTX. i'd love to see you react to more Superfruit content, though, i'm a huge fan of them as a duo, and they did some great medleys/covers and other funny sketches/videos on their channel. also, be sure to stick around after their SUBSCRIBE screen at the end of their videos for bloopers!
and since you said you wanted to see more Superfruit vids similar to this one, i think you may enjoy "BEYONCE" "Evolution of Miley Cyrus" "Happy Little Pill (Troye Sivan Cover)" "1989" "Empire Medley" "Anti Medley (Rihanna Cover)" "Defying Gravity" and a very impressive rap cover called "Feeling Myself" that all have just Mitch & Scott singing by themselves. they've also collaborated with some very talented musical guests on "The Mash-up Game" "Pop Goes Broadway" "Frozen Medley" and an incredibly moving cover of "Rise" by Katy Perry (and please read the description on their Rise video if you decide to react to it, it gives a lot of insight!) 😊💙
Do look at the bloopers after the "Subscribe" slide. You'll see what hilarious trouble they sometimes have on their way to the finished projects.
I love Superfruit, but I agree with the warning someone has already given about their content. They can be very saucy and sometimes raunchy, and it may not sit well with everyone. The Pentatonix members have all agreed that PTX is to stay clean, but they do what they want on their side-projects.
I am absolutely here as you drop down the SUPERFRUIT rabbit hole- they were amazing together! Other evolution/medley songs that would be great include their "Beyonce", "Anti Medley"(Rihanna Cover), "Empire Medley" "Frozen Medley"... the list goes on and on as well as their "Future Friends" albums. Enjoy!
Love Superfruit! They had a side group with just the two of them. All their songs are great and so much fun. They are funny and sometimes add comedy to their videos but they are always serious about the music! Check out "Defying Gravity" by Superfruit. It's Scott's birthday and he wanted Mitch do do a song from his favorite musical with him. You'll laugh and be amazed!

Please react to Superfruit's cover of "Rise". Mitch and Scott join with 3 other fantastic singers to celebrate those who are LGBTQ. I believe it is also a tribute to those who have suffered for loving who they love.
It was done in a tribute to the horrible event at the Pulse night club in Miami when so many lost their life.
