The GM Sniper II was what got me to A+. Not even with the long gun I was memeing with the Bullpup, all the Range Mods, and maybe a data link or two. It wrecks when left on its own lol.
I'm always interested whenever i see a teammate use this suit. Especially if they use it with the sniper. Not saying players shouldn't use the machine gun. Everyone has the freedom to pick what they want. I just like to see someone pick something i find difficult or that has a steep learning curve.
In my time practicing with the sniper I found out that most raids struggle to single you out if you stick close to the team. They often times think you're using the GM Sniper II White Dingo version. It's like you have an unofficial camouflage skill. I love it.
@@bombomos Machine guns are still underrated, cant count how many times you'll wiggle out of a bluezooka combo and just spray a full clip into the opponent and they clearly have no idea what to do about it lmao; like their brain just shuts off because they're waiting for the counter zooka.
This definitely reflects my experience over the past week. When GBO2 launched on Steam and I learned how unlikely it was that I would ever reasonably obtain the Ex-S Gundam that I had played during previous network tests, I started experimenting with long-range combat units with high burst and stun potential. Among these was the GM Sniper II, though I'm currently drifting between the Zudah and Dra-C Heavy with the massive 135mm Anti-Ship Rifle, the Gyan Eos, and the GP04 depending largely on cost and environmental requirements. The Zudah is presently my go-to, but I definitely realize I'm playing the game on hard mode in doing so. Usually I either have to operate near other allies to provide massive follow-up damage (most effectively by being paired with a Support) or running interference. Otherwise, I play as a sniper far from other units and have to time my shots - very - carefully... a trick usually reserved for blindsiding enemy Supports (as the Zudah is classified as a Raid). The real benefit of the setup is that my unit is often around half the cost of my teammates and fairly quick, so even if I get run down I still operate as a solid distraction with less overall hindrance to my team if I fail to escape. Furthermore, because the rifle makes me look like a support unit the newer folks tend to try to flock toward me, taking pressure off the real support unit. Clearly this strategy won't carry me through higher level play, but I've made Rank C- while most folks are still in their Ds and reached Sergeant over the past 6 days since launch largely while running this setup.
Thanks for watching. I've thought about getting more models (including a GM Sniper II) but i have nowhere to put them currently. So for now I have to practice self control every time a pass a store that sells Gunpla. It's really hard to walk away every time.
I need to rewatch the Zeta films. I prefer the ending over the original. Just wish they would do a remastered compilation trilogy of ZZ and fix the first half of the show so its not that bad.
My old clan leader taught me the hard way why Sniper 2 is a menace. If you like part breaking and well rounded supports, this is the monster you look for. 1 shot from the 75mm can take 70% off of an enemies legs, that's enough to force people to slow down and stumble if they get to antsy. That alone is valuable. Another thing people don't think about is how quiet it's shots are relative to other weapons. I've had instances of people not knowing I put a round into them while they were stunned from something else. In space its especially dangerous as when scoped in, you hide you're suit's visor, and are shielded in the front, camo it correctly and it's ridiculously hard to track down in a chaotic fight, assuming you've changed positions.
I think the main reason why i started to get up close was because i was tired of missing all the time. I even considered adding a short montage of my long range sniping fails with TeamFourStar's Vegeta yelling "Damnit Damnit Damint!" everytime i missed. But there wasn't enough time and I couldn't figure out where to put that segment in the video.
This game has so many cool suits. Im suprised they've been consistently been releasing 1 suit a week for years. Constantly buffing and nerfing suits that need it. I just wish they would fix the queuing problems. Other than that this is probably the best free to play game out.
the queuing and party lobbies are two huge issues that need to be fixed. I sort of wish they would take a week or two off from adding new suits so they can have time to fix some of the quality of life aspects of the game.
I always end up in the top 3 using this suit at 550 cost, and most of the time just sniping from extreme ranges. The Sniper outranges pretty much everything(?). I am quite thankful the bullet is small. Its hard to land, yes, but also hard to spot and track back to you. If you lie prone which most players seem to forget is a thing, its quite difficult to spot the GM Sniper if positioned well. If I mod full on for damage I can do around 5k per round vs a general so definitely pulling my weight here. Also if you're gonna run close range... copy the White Dingo's color scheme and slap it on regular GM Sniper, it works 1 for 1 just to mess with the raids some more. Go the extra mile, slap that White Dingo emblem on too KEK.
That's impressive. It does have one of the longest ranges. Only the Zaku 1 Sniper Type beats it in range by an inch, but its not as mobile as the Sniper II.
GM sniper II is great, you get good with that rifle and it starts stacking damage, and stuns. If you haven't, you should try out the GM sniper II white dingo with beam rifle, for that same mid/close sniper gameplay. Beam rifle stuns uncharged, and balancer, two hit melee, dodge roll really helps get in, and out after you land those beam hits. One of my favorite suits that also gets dissrespected by people trying to play it like a dedicated sniper, but as this one's a general, it just falls short of just about every support in the sniping game. It's cool to hear a bit of an ulternate perspective on some of the aspects of this game! Keep it up! And hey, maybe I'll see you on the battlefield sometime.

I just started the PS client recently, and this video is inspiring haha. Seeing the confidence in you front lining is really cool, whenever I play support I have next to no faith in my generals to protect me so I always hang back. But I get that I gotta be more proactive in my role
The issue with the game wanting you to rely on generals for protection is that most of them are set up in a way that encourages them to go solo or charging in. It makes generals feel like they're real aces from the anime and they forget to hang back to provide defense. It's like giving you a sports car and expecting you to always follow the speed limit.
The advantage of the GM Sniper II compared to other snipers is that its very hard to tell where the shot came from. Other snipers usually use beam rifles, which give away your sniping position upon firing
The suit is good at breaking the opponent leg with only 2-3 shots. It does sound good in theory but difficult to do in reality with Raids going around. It should have at least bullpup as sub-weapon.
thats my favorite thing to do, play something i love, and through forcing myself to live with its handicaps i become better by force because i have to struggle to survive
It's always interesting to see what we can do when we're forced to work only with what we have. We don't have the luxury to think "What if I had this" or "What if i had that". Instead its this is what i have and this is what i can do with it. Also, if anyone beats me, it's like, yeah, look what I was working with... But if I beat them it's like, how did you lose when i was only working with this? lol I always wished there would be an anime where the main character didn't have a Gundam, but instead used a grunt mobile suit like a GM. If they want us to believe they're real aces then they should be able to do something with a lesser suit. The closest we got, i think, was Amuro Ray using the Rick Dias in Zeta Gundam.
It has a few benefits from using it up close. For one: it makes it a little difficult for the enemy raids to spot you. If they see you they might think you're merely using the White Dingo version.

Back when the suit first came out 4-ish years ago and up to even just now ive been using the sniper 2, more often than not running with the bullpup, the damage that it can pump out with it is just so good and its so fun to play. Even at level 4, the grenades hit as hard as a down swing does and they cant escape the high constant tick damage. I even have a good feel of where the stun buildup is at when gunning them down with the bullpup

Love this video! I loved this suit so much when I first saw it that I instantly bought the mg gunpla of it. I always use the sniper on this suit. Never the machine gun. Does it feel like I'm throwing, maybe but not always. Am I having fun though, absolutely Also, what parts do you find work best on it? I usually go all ranged damage but now I'm thinking of adding that head, back, and legs breaker part.
I use parts to keep a balance between defense and mobility. So i focus on keeping the legs from breaking too easily and increasing its turn rate a little. everything else can go to the range and shield.
I went up against a pro using this suit, basterd is more than capable of 1v1ing any suits any time of the day. His sniper rifle is guaranteed to stun you. Followed by a swing of his sword, intentionally not downing you but staggering you, follwed back up with another sniper shot while you are recovering on your damned legs. If you are not dead yet, you will be with a broken leg for him to take his sweet time. Signed, victim

@@GaryRocksGaming True. I think that's what ruined space matches for me. It really wasn't as fun anymore after the first few months of the game's release. Now i just dread any day when the daily mission requires 2 space matches. Even if i win or do good, am i going to be okay mentally? lol
The GM Sniper II is GOATed in Impact Site. Assuming your team is competent enough to hold the enemy in the center of the map, you can practically shoot all the way across the map from the vantage points.
@@Mobilesuitk9 from spawn, it would be the cliff on the "left", the one that's a short hike and a jump . You get a good angle for most of the middle of the map, and have line of sight down the "valley road" that the enemy team usually go through.
True. In SD Battle Alliance it actually has some decent weapon options. I think that's the closest i've ever seen any justice being given to this suit. Too bad it's only SD form.
Someone at Bandai must really hate snipers. Like maybe one day when they were a kid a sniper accidentally ran over their cat and they've never moved on.
I've also always loved the GM Sniper II for as long as I can remember, and in GBO2, I've found I really like using the beam rifle, gun whatever it's called. It's very unassuming and doesn't look like it will do much damage, but it does a surprising amount of chip damage and when each shot is followed up by a grenade, the damage starts to build rather quickly, and as said in the video, the Sniper II isn't built for long range, he's best used in mid to close range, and as a result I've gotten a number of top placements on the team with this play style. Definitely with that a majority of support units could dodge though
You have good taste. A few of the high cost supports have it. The Delta Gundam can technically dodge as well when it's in flight mode. Still. this one was a fun challenge. I mostly play as a general, but after practicing with this one I'm always tempted to use it now.
I wish I had some footage from when I took my gm sniper ll into 550 with a sorta glass cannon build terrorizing the enemy team, shattering unsuspecting player’s legs in 2-3 shots especially the Kämpfer on the enemy team, poor guy could barely survive 3 shots, 2 to the legs to cripple him with a 3rd for good measure and then a 4th to put him down for good, had some fun matches at 550 with the gm sniper ll
I discovered that even though it does not say anything about it in the skills it actually does have a high performance balancer allowing it to perform limited but surprising melee attacks at close range that can push a aggressive General back for a bit, it’s main issue is that it’s arsenal is from units that are well below its cost causing it to have underpowered weapons that don’t do much damage really.
True. Even though its a One Year War era mobile suit, i feel like its arsenal should be on the same level as the 0083 mobile suits at least, since it was also used by the Titans for a time.
Didn’t they buff this and the gunner gundam recently? I didn’t read the patch notes, so I’m not really sure what they changed. One thing is certain though, I don’t dread using it anymore.
I've struggled with the whole meta bs for a while. I usually just say F it, I'm playing what i want in a BASIC match. If you want meta then go to RATED matches. Oddly enough though, i've found less aggressive teammates in RATED than in BASIC.

I don't have any guides yet. Maybe in the near future if i can find the time. As for melee counters, simply time your tackle right as someone tries to melee you. No active shield blocks in this game though, aside from a few exceptions, but they don't exactly work in the way you may think.
I use from far away, got decent kill, always top damage and assist, I probably got help a lot since I'm using 55 inch 4K tv as monitor, it let me able to aim super easy, not even going to scope mode, and GM sniper II is one of my favorite mobile suit
@@Mobilesuitk9 the first time I was like that too lol, I got a like 50-60cm from screen, and now got use too it, easier to work with big screen to fit all the program I use, even with 55 inch monitor I still use 2 other 1080p one, cause I need a lot screen space
@@KaitoKaze It does make it easier to see your allies notifications during a match. It can be hard to notice all the times a teammate is asking for help when you're busy trying to stay alive and there's only a tiny text on the lower left hand corner.
@@Mobilesuitk9 yeah if I was in life and death situation I would probably try not to survive first, but as support you need to monitor everyone position and enemy position as well, so you can be a "support" staying together is key, as nobody got staggered combo to dead, and it's not fun to be staggered combo to dead lol
Gm sniper ii is in dire need of a buff or rework. I would give it 180 Hsm. 130 move speed Melee combo controller 1(may not need it) Bullpup Machine gun as a sub weapon Sniper will have a reduced reload and cool down time Bullet gets bigger hitbox Just this to make it relevant again.
The Gm sniper 2 has always been great for me and I never use the bullpup thanks to that decision I got good at hitting shots that without area of effect damage but the bullpup is good I just prefer the sniper rifle.
3:11 best gm? Uhh no that goes to the gm striker custom and the dingo gm 2 snipers since they were modified to use beam weapons. But yea this is the top contender for one year war gms. The sad thing is realistically if the earth federations pilots weren’t shit when they aren’t protagonists the kampfer shouldn’t have stood a chance against the gm ii considering the gm ii performance exceeds the rx 2 gundam by a lot to put into context their performance should be nearly equal to the gagloog which the kampfer gets rekt by the only reason the kampfer destroyed these suits left and right because the person piloting it was an ace and the pilots in the gm ii were garbage
I can acknowledge the GM Striker Custom as being a step ahead of the Sniper II. As for the White Dingo, the only reason why I hesitate to agree is because it isn't modified for space combat. It was strictly a ground based mobile suit. So on ground combat, yes. But in space, well there's no competition because the White Dingo can't go there. And it would've been interesting to see it piloted by someone capable. Maybe if there's a season 3 of Thunderbolt we could see that. But i wouldn't hold my breath. Zeon pilots had more experience since they had mobile suits first. The Federation, on the other hand, just decided to make basic GMs and win with overwhelming numbers and resources.
I would never recommend the Machine Gun to anyone, even to my haters, for the Sniper II. Recommending the MG or Beam Gun on Sniper II is just bad advice lmao, the suit needs a rework but regardless, your best bet is to just use the Sniper Rifle or use the WD
I can understand someone arguing that it can do a lot of damage with the machine gun. I, however, just feel like that's taking the easy way and it goes against what the mobile suit is supposed to be. It literally says SNIPER in its name.
I'm a UC gundam fan too. Even though I finally got to play in PC and the match making totally sucks, I love how this game simulate the anime of how a noob pilot can miss an enemy ace even if the MS isn't that fast. LoL! It's obvious your an ace pilot. It's really hard to hit at range without a beam weapon unless, like you said a ballistic machine gun. I think they made the GM sniper2 accurate to the anime, it is after all like an RX78 in a GM shell and load out, no gundam advantage accept it can keep up with a gundam for support. I think the Acguy is total trash though.
This game can be harsh on new players. Best advice is to resist charging ahead on your own. And if you're going to charge with your team, make sure you check how much health they have first. The last thing you want is to charge with a teammate who has almost no health and dies before you can get to them for help. The next thing that will happen is you being surrounded by the enemy team. Also, be sure to test out the mobile suits you want to use first before going into a real match. Defense Custom Parts are also very important. Make sure you invest your Datapoints on those first before spending them on fancy mobile suits. Ugh...Don't get me started on the Acguy. I refuse to use that teddy bear looking mobile suit on principle alone. I don't care that it has good stealth lol.
You say there's a formula I see that there's a point but for the most part everyone's wanting to play with the freaking one use the GM sniper to as much as you want these pop up in my lobbys most of time anyway so the reason why this thing has so much disrespect is because it's more or less comes down to its a grunt suit not everyone's going to use it but like I said if you want to use it go for it
As much as I like the White Dingo, i think it's the reason why the regular GM Sniper II is the way that it is. Maybe it would've been a general in some other universe where the White Dingo never existed. But I've learned to love it nevertheless (:
"Modern" PC games give me a headache with all the different requirements. Sometimes it's not even your specs, but something the developers messed up on. No PS4 or PS5 console? you can still play this on the PS4 if you're on a budget. The console will just be really loud in trying to run the game.

Though, an " _Elite Pro META Players_ " think it is too OP for SUPPORT gaining this ability. What do you think?
@@LilyBeta I think that supports need it. Especially the weaker ones that don't do as much damage or can't do stagger combos. That's why there are a lot of support units that almost never get used by most players. Added such a skill could make overlooked mobile suits relevant again.

Most SUPPORT used at that cost are " _Hazel Type_ ", in which they have *shield* , *more booster* and *lot faster than most SUPPORT* to survive. Compared... you know. Most conventional SUPPORT that has been forgotten. By this, we can see THAT the only good SUPPORT is, the one that *_can defend themself and last longer in frontline_* . 🤧💦
I have to disagree with the first part, although its definitely not great at anything. Maybe "okayish" in some areas. But as far as there being better options at all of its cost levels, yes. The competition leaves it behind.

I main this suit, I love it but it is a VERY difficult suit to use and is one of the older suits in the game that desperatly needs some kind of buff

I think the GM Sniper II was also in the Zeta compilation movies which were remastered versions of the Zeta timeline.

Having a good GM Sniper 2 match is one of the most satisfying feelings in this game. And yeah your shots go between peoples legs VERY often

It makes generals feel like they're real aces from the anime and they forget to hang back to provide defense. It's like giving you a sports car and expecting you to always follow the speed limit.
The advantage of the GM Sniper II compared to other snipers is that its very hard to tell where the shot came from. Other snipers usually use beam rifles, which give away your sniping position upon firing
The suit is good at breaking the opponent leg with only 2-3 shots. It does sound good in theory but difficult to do in reality with Raids going around. It should have at least bullpup as sub-weapon.

GBO2 really feels the War Thunder of Gundam games
I've been playing the GM Sniper II Custom (WHite Dingo) and it's by far my favorite mech in the game.
Its a solid suit for sure.
thats my favorite thing to do, play something i love, and through forcing myself to live with its handicaps i become better by force because i have to struggle to survive
It's always interesting to see what we can do when we're forced to work only with what we have. We don't have the luxury to think "What if I had this" or "What if i had that". Instead its this is what i have and this is what i can do with it.
Also, if anyone beats me, it's like, yeah, look what I was working with... But if I beat them it's like, how did you lose when i was only working with this? lol
I always wished there would be an anime where the main character didn't have a Gundam, but instead used a grunt mobile suit like a GM. If they want us to believe they're real aces then they should be able to do something with a lesser suit.
The closest we got, i think, was Amuro Ray using the Rick Dias in Zeta Gundam.

I use the suit a lot but never thought to use it up close
It has a few benefits from using it up close. For one: it makes it a little difficult for the enemy raids to spot you. If they see you they might think you're merely using the White Dingo version.

Gm sniper 2 with machine gun slaps
Back when the suit first came out 4-ish years ago and up to even just now ive been using the sniper 2, more often than not running with the bullpup, the damage that it can pump out with it is just so good and its so fun to play. Even at level 4, the grenades hit as hard as a down swing does and they cant escape the high constant tick damage. I even have a good feel of where the stun buildup is at when gunning them down with the bullpup
I fully acknowledge how good it is with the bullpup. It does the kind of damage that i wish the GM Command would do when it has the bullpup.
Bro I love this suit, although it's difficult to use, I still use it as one of my fave support types.

GM SniperII is my favorite moble suit in rhe franchise. With the bullpup, its got strong DPS
I love playing sniper MS it's a different kind of fun to point blank someone with a sniper
You also don't have to worry about splash damage hitting you if you shoot really close to yourself.

Love this video! I loved this suit so much when I first saw it that I instantly bought the mg gunpla of it. I always use the sniper on this suit. Never the machine gun. Does it feel like I'm throwing, maybe but not always. Am I having fun though, absolutely Also, what parts do you find work best on it? I usually go all ranged damage but now I'm thinking of adding that head, back, and legs breaker part.
I use parts to keep a balance between defense and mobility. So i focus on keeping the legs from breaking too easily and increasing its turn rate a little. everything else can go to the range and shield.

this suit made me what I am today, it's a monster when you know how to use it.
It does get better the more I use it.
I went up against a pro using this suit, basterd is more than capable of 1v1ing any suits any time of the day. His sniper rifle is guaranteed to stun you. Followed by a swing of his sword, intentionally not downing you but staggering you, follwed back up with another sniper shot while you are recovering on your damned legs. If you are not dead yet, you will be with a broken leg for him to take his sweet time. Signed, victim

What the f? I came here to find someway to play GM Sniper II Custom better, and now i get a lesson of life? Suprisingly not bad.
In the early years of GBO2 i used to love this MS would run it in K9 colors, God I miss to old days and just enjoy it without being try hards.
Oddly enough, i tend to run into more tryhards in basic matches than in rated. Especially Meta players. It was simpler times back then.

The GM Sniper II is GOATed in Impact Site. Assuming your team is competent enough to hold the enemy in the center of the map, you can practically shoot all the way across the map from the vantage points.
Where on the map do you usually aim from?
@@Mobilesuitk9 from spawn, it would be the cliff on the "left", the one that's a short hike and a jump . You get a good angle for most of the middle of the map, and have line of sight down the "valley road" that the enemy team usually go through.

True. In SD Battle Alliance it actually has some decent weapon options. I think that's the closest i've ever seen any justice being given to this suit. Too bad it's only SD form.

Someone at Bandai must really hate snipers. Like maybe one day when they were a kid a sniper accidentally ran over their cat and they've never moved on.
I've also always loved the GM Sniper II for as long as I can remember, and in GBO2, I've found I really like using the beam rifle, gun whatever it's called. It's very unassuming and doesn't look like it will do much damage, but it does a surprising amount of chip damage and when each shot is followed up by a grenade, the damage starts to build rather quickly, and as said in the video, the Sniper II isn't built for long range, he's best used in mid to close range, and as a result I've gotten a number of top placements on the team with this play style. Definitely with that a majority of support units could dodge though
You have good taste. A few of the high cost supports have it. The Delta Gundam can technically dodge as well when it's in flight mode. Still. this one was a fun challenge. I mostly play as a general, but after practicing with this one I'm always tempted to use it now.

I wish I had some footage from when I took my gm sniper ll into 550 with a sorta glass cannon build terrorizing the enemy team, shattering unsuspecting player’s legs in 2-3 shots especially the Kämpfer on the enemy team, poor guy could barely survive 3 shots, 2 to the legs to cripple him with a 3rd for good measure and then a 4th to put him down for good, had some fun matches at 550 with the gm sniper ll
I discovered that even though it does not say anything about it in the skills it actually does have a high performance balancer allowing it to perform limited but surprising melee attacks at close range that can push a aggressive General back for a bit, it’s main issue is that it’s arsenal is from units that are well below its cost causing it to have underpowered weapons that don’t do much damage really.
What? The skill listing literally says it has High Performance Balancer lvl 1.
True. Even though its a One Year War era mobile suit, i feel like its arsenal should be on the same level as the 0083 mobile suits at least, since it was also used by the Titans for a time.

I've struggled with the whole meta bs for a while. I usually just say F it, I'm playing what i want in a BASIC match. If you want meta then go to RATED matches. Oddly enough though, i've found less aggressive teammates in RATED than in BASIC.

I don't have any guides yet. Maybe in the near future if i can find the time. As for melee counters, simply time your tackle right as someone tries to melee you. No active shield blocks in this game though, aside from a few exceptions, but they don't exactly work in the way you may think.

The Sniper II is absolutely a disrespected mobile suit in canon however, just like every GM!
You shoud use the Gm Sniper 2 (White dango) if you want more better use of the Gm sniper 2 in Bo2.
The challenge i gave myself was to stick with the GM Sniper II. So White Dingo wasn't an option.

I use from far away, got decent kill, always top damage and assist, I probably got help a lot since I'm using 55 inch 4K tv as monitor, it let me able to aim super easy, not even going to scope mode, and GM sniper II is one of my favorite mobile suit
I miss having a big screen tv. I actually had to turn my head left and right to see everything.

@@KaitoKaze It does make it easier to see your allies notifications during a match. It can be hard to notice all the times a teammate is asking for help when you're busy trying to stay alive and there's only a tiny text on the lower left hand corner.
@@Mobilesuitk9 yeah if I was in life and death situation I would probably try not to survive first, but as support you need to monitor everyone position and enemy position as well, so you can be a "support" staying together is key, as nobody got staggered combo to dead, and it's not fun to be staggered combo to dead lol

I would give it 180 Hsm.
130 move speed
Melee combo controller 1(may not need it)
Bullpup Machine gun as a sub weapon
Sniper will have a reduced reload and cool down time
Bullet gets bigger hitbox
Just this to make it relevant again.
All those sound reasonable to me. If only the developers will bother to remember that this suit exists...
The Gm sniper 2 has always been great for me and I never use the bullpup thanks to that decision I got good at hitting shots that without area of effect damage but the bullpup is good I just prefer the sniper rifle.

The sad thing is realistically if the earth federations pilots weren’t shit when they aren’t protagonists the kampfer shouldn’t have stood a chance against the gm ii considering the gm ii performance exceeds the rx 2 gundam by a lot to put into context their performance should be nearly equal to the gagloog which the kampfer gets rekt by the only reason the kampfer destroyed these suits left and right because the person piloting it was an ace and the pilots in the gm ii were garbage
I can acknowledge the GM Striker Custom as being a step ahead of the Sniper II. As for the White Dingo, the only reason why I hesitate to agree is because it isn't modified for space combat. It was strictly a ground based mobile suit. So on ground combat, yes. But in space, well there's no competition because the White Dingo can't go there.
And it would've been interesting to see it piloted by someone capable. Maybe if there's a season 3 of Thunderbolt we could see that. But i wouldn't hold my breath.
Zeon pilots had more experience since they had mobile suits first. The Federation, on the other hand, just decided to make basic GMs and win with overwhelming numbers and resources.

I would never recommend the Machine Gun to anyone, even to my haters, for the Sniper II.
Recommending the MG or Beam Gun on Sniper II is just bad advice lmao, the suit needs a rework but regardless, your best bet is to just use the Sniper Rifle or use the WD
I can understand someone arguing that it can do a lot of damage with the machine gun. I, however, just feel like that's taking the easy way and it goes against what the mobile suit is supposed to be. It literally says SNIPER in its name.
I'm a UC gundam fan too. Even though I finally got to play in PC and the match making totally sucks, I love how this game simulate the anime of how a noob pilot can miss an enemy ace even if the MS isn't that fast. LoL!
It's obvious your an ace pilot. It's really hard to hit at range without a beam weapon unless, like you said a ballistic machine gun. I think they made the GM sniper2 accurate to the anime, it is after all like an RX78 in a GM shell and load out, no gundam advantage accept it can keep up with a gundam for support.
I think the Acguy is total trash though.
This game can be harsh on new players. Best advice is to resist charging ahead on your own. And if you're going to charge with your team, make sure you check how much health they have first. The last thing you want is to charge with a teammate who has almost no health and dies before you can get to them for help. The next thing that will happen is you being surrounded by the enemy team.
Also, be sure to test out the mobile suits you want to use first before going into a real match. Defense Custom Parts are also very important. Make sure you invest your Datapoints on those first before spending them on fancy mobile suits.
Ugh...Don't get me started on the Acguy. I refuse to use that teddy bear looking mobile suit on principle alone. I don't care that it has good stealth lol.
You say there's a formula I see that there's a point but for the most part everyone's wanting to play with the freaking one use the GM sniper to as much as you want these pop up in my lobbys most of time anyway so the reason why this thing has so much disrespect is because it's more or less comes down to its a grunt suit not everyone's going to use it but like I said if you want to use it go for it

"Modern" PC games give me a headache with all the different requirements. Sometimes it's not even your specs, but something the developers messed up on.
No PS4 or PS5 console? you can still play this on the PS4 if you're on a budget. The console will just be really loud in trying to run the game.

It give a dodgeroll skill, but you still can recieve damage. But, i will take it instead getting staggered to death, you know. 🤧💦

@@LilyBeta I think that supports need it. Especially the weaker ones that don't do as much damage or can't do stagger combos. That's why there are a lot of support units that almost never get used by most players. Added such a skill could make overlooked mobile suits relevant again.

At 500 - 550 cost in _Rated Match_ , all you can see is the same MS you always see.
Most SUPPORT used at that cost are " _Hazel Type_ ", in which they have *shield* , *more booster* and *lot faster than most SUPPORT* to survive.
Compared... you know. Most conventional SUPPORT that has been forgotten.
By this, we can see THAT the only good SUPPORT is, the one that *_can defend themself and last longer in frontline_* . 🤧💦

The problem with the Sniper 2 is that it just sucks at everything. There are way better options for everything it does.
I have to disagree with the first part, although its definitely not great at anything. Maybe "okayish" in some areas. But as far as there being better options at all of its cost levels, yes. The competition leaves it behind.
