Absolutely it buys happiness. More the merrier. You do not to be brain damaged as Russian oligarchs to compensate small dick and even smaller brains with biggest, largest and most expensive yacht. To be happy you need enough money that you never run out of it for as long as you live and have just few luxury things to attract attention of beautiful babes.
Nope, it does not. Wealth buys you peace of mind that you can pay your bills, have the best healthcare, things like that, but from living around and having friends that are 9 figures wealthy I can unequivocally say no. You can have all the wealth in the world and you will still have wife/ex-wife/girlfriend/ex-girlfriend problems, you will still fight with your kids, your parents, your family, still have health problems etc etc. I can't count the amount of times I have been at super wealthy friends houses and their daughters be literally screaming and fighting with them right while I am there. LOL, in fact just last Friday that happened. You do also gain from wealth people trying to sue you all the time and not knowing who is using you and who isn't. From a decent amount of years on this earth if I had to make a call on who was happier it was my poor friends, there's a lot of crap they go through but they are way happier and more loyal to each other. I also can't count the amount of divorces I have seen after couples build their dream mansions, had one couple, the wife's lawyer couldn't serve him with papers so they plastered the entire house with dozens of notices, all over the windows, garage doors everything, it was epic. 😂 The super wealthy guys I see that seem to be the happiest are the ones that live in regular houses and drive regular cars.

I watched a famous yacht that was residing in cabo san lucas. The owner and friends had all the girlfriends on the boat. They left at 2pm. Watched the crew scramble for next 6 hours removing any evidence before wives showed up the next morning 🤣🤣🤣

At 74 my view of life has changed from when I was younger and learning what I know now. When you hire other people to help you enjoy life, having a personal companion is no big deal. Remember, there are marriages for different reasons.

Our radios were on a private freq and were scrambled. IF anyone was on the same freq all they would hear was a squelch-like noise.
A few rifles that cost $1000 a piece and 1000 rounds of ammo is probably expendable compared to permits. I could see just throwing it into the ocean. Makes sense. In the end...I wouldn't work on a boat that was taking me back to Somalia or Kenya, or near there.

Love the videos and information provided on this channel. You talk about crews with 3 engineers and multiple watch standers but is a normal breakout for a yacht maybe under 50 meters that may only have berthing for maybe 5 or so crew? Keep up the good work.

Of occurs they do. In fact they don’t sail without one. The mistress is JSUT as important as the captain itself
so pulling shenanigans without necessary licenses ... For example in california i can technically drive a 40 foot long 14 foot tall 8.5 foot wide RV made of pure gold weighing in at a bridge crushing 2870 tons with an attached gooseneck travel trailer adding an extra 7 and a half tons on a basic drivers license with no special certs or training whatsoever. so if i drove it down a boat ramp with adequately sized pontunes and seven thousand 3hp portable folding pull start evinrudes strapped to it (~15659.697kw) would i need any special permits or licenses beyond simple boat registration to motor my giant gold brick with trailer to the eu?
I just re-watched this one! You are about to hit 100k subs congratulations!! Should make a 100k subs special episode! One episode I would like to see is you spell out the nitty gritty details of the construction code that super yachts have to abide by but starting down from whatever code applies to a dingy every vessel class up to all the regulations that apply to a cruise ship. You have mentioned in passing various bit like when a vessel gets to commercial passenger vessel it needs the life boats on board and the voyage recorder at certain tonnage but I mean really go into the details to show why so many super yachts limit themselves to 12 passengers etc. Im guessing your 100k subs special episode will be the walk through of the plans for MY octopus like you did Andromeda since you mentioned someone sent you the plans. Keep it up Sysman you will be passing super yacht captain's channel in no time!!!

I know if I had the money to own one, I would want it run on first name basis.

Respect isn’t about making people salute, bow, etc to you. People calling you sir, does not mean they respect you, especially if you require it.

Yes, there are places for titles and salutations, like in formal/traditional settings. But in the comfort of my own home, I wouldn’t want such formality. That’s not child like, that’s not millennial, that’s me being comfortable with who I am and not needing people to prop up my ego.

Yeah would suck to call one the wrong name and have to go through the grilling questions, and even worse if they then pull owner in and grill him in front of you. I would think in that case just go pack your stuff now.

observation: I'd rather see a video about owners hitting on the crew/staff girls. What percent of the workers girls do it. you know it happens. I'm guessing it is 10% of the owners try. 5% of the girls will for $300. 75% will for $10k for a few hours.

I really don't understand most of the questions, they seems like a crazy and foreign concept. For me my sealife always amounts to have some quiet time amidst my usually daily confusion. You had a terrible week dealing with lawyers, business manager, hedge fund managers, your crypto manager... and then you just take the jet, get into this tranquil sea with your crew and that's it, most of the time. I don't even do parties any longer since I got the bigger cat, because I treasure so much all the time I get to put my thoughts straight when at bay. I know some guys with a crazy lifestyle, but they're the minority and they don't do it as often as you can imagine.
Have you ever thought of designing your own super yacht given your experience (by design I mean general outlines, I don’t expect physics engineering)?

A mistress on board while your wife is on board, that's ballsy assume the wife doesn't know about the mistress. I mean it's a boat, not like you can say you have gone to the office or somewhere else, how do you explain where you have been? LOL
The wife doesn't care. She has a contract. She inherits. She might pretend not to know about the mistress in order to use it against her husband in court. But of course she will always know.
She knows. She also never asks and the crew also never says. Whether I'm a girlfriend, or mistress, or sugar baby, or escort, or whatever part of my job is to never intrude on his "real life" but at the same time I know, and the crew knows, and she knows

most of these people are in their second or third marriage. and they only stay married because they avoid making the mistake of the previous partner. Care.
