this is so well designed. some places have symmetry (like coops and burns are on same line) yet so many random pop of color (like mushroom trees, orchard in the middle, fish pond area) this makes me jealous, my design looks meh compared to this very well thought out farm.
It's based on friendship and mood of the animals. If you have the botanist profession they are always irridium quality, and if you have gatherer there is a chance for double-harvest

Yes, you can make tea saplings and plant them in pots, if you put the tea leaves in a keg you get green tea The trees are from the crane game, which you can get in the movie theatre after you complete the missing bundle

i only used visual mods after reaching true perfection but I disabled them after a while because I got confused over which items are which and missed the original stardew valley look :)
