Just wanted to mention, Chris didn't seem to think so but this deck is marked for suit as well. The king on the back in the upper left corner has a different missing point depending on the suit. North = Hearts, west = clubs, east = spades, and none = diamonds

You should make a knights v2 deck. With suits marked.
The Chelsea Fan an easy idea would be the first piece that is facing down shows which suit, pawn=Club Bishop=Heart, Knight=Spades, Rooke=Diamond
The value and suits are marked. I know that is not what he said, but he must have forgotten. The king on the top left shows the suit reveal. Just look at the position of the crown. You should be able to figure that out once you see it.
What do you mean? I just got the cards, and the position of the crowns are all the same?

I've been partial to the black arcane and killer bee decks for quite a while now. That being said. I love the knights deck. I picked up 4 right off the bat and since this deal was going on I went on ahead and picked up 10 more. I'm keeping 5 and giving the other 5 out as gifts. This is definitely one of my new favorites

i love how in the trailer even though we cant see the faces we can tell axactly when it is madison handling the cards and when it is ramsay!!
Who doesn't love the mnemonica stack
Ive been using the same deck of knights since the FIRST day i got them (roughly a couple days after they came out.. Shipping) and I have NOT felt the need to switch them for a new deck of knights. These cards are AMAZING in quality and hands down my favorite deck of cards. From the beautiful and simple design of the cards to the nice gold foil on the inside of the box and the fantastic handling of the cards. I would 10000000% recommend these to all friends and to anyone who is doubting buying these. Fantastic cards Chris!

I ordered the new version of these and they're supposed to be here this afternoon. I'm excited to check them out. I've been using Blaine's "White Lions Series B" as my go to marked deck. It should be fun and interesting to explore a deck that's marked in a completely different way. I've been a big fan of yours for a while now, I saw your name on a deck, and I felt the need to order some so I can check them out. It's so much fun to use marked decks to mess with friends and strangers alike. Free drinks are always great :D
Just got my deck and it will be used in my first ever gig. So pumped, these cards so are beautiful and elegant and will make you stand out among others. LOVE LOVE LOVE this deck. Straight FIRE.

Love the design. The gold is beautiful and the face cards are comedic. The symbolism on the cards is awesome and the marking system pure genius. I wish I could get a deck for myself
I thought of a trick that uses the markings on these cards.
It's not really a trick but it would make the spectator think that you're amazing at math.
The routine:
1. Spectator chooses three cards at random, puts them on the table, face down.
2. Tell the spectator to look at the first card.
3. Tell them to add 3 to the card's value, then multiply by 2, then minus 4.
4. Ask what number did they get and almost immediately after they say it, say the value for the original card.
5. Do it for the rest of the cards. You can change or add more numbers in the equation for the next cards to make it more interesting and less detactable (it might seem like there's a system if you use the same numbers)

Weekend nights my friends we play with this white and gold deck over some drinks. BUT I’m having trouble explaining to them that the King of Hearts is NOT Drake! Please shed some light haha
because the cards look the same upside down,the marks will be in both the top-right and bottom-left, except upside down in the bottom left. Still noticeable. And always will be unless you made the cards "this way up"
My Knights deck is one of my favs.... didn't even realize they are marked until I saw this video..... and just ordered the ..... RED KNIGHTS!!!!! Can't wait!! You rock dude!!! stay cool.... stay caffeinated!!!
Chris I found a good use for the two knight cards, I use them for a David Blaine hand sandwich trick (a duplicate card jumps between a spectator's hands to switch places with their selected card), giving patter about how the knight is the only chess piece that can leap over other pieces, and this card can do the same. Once you've explained that the deck is chess themed, people don't question it. It's a beautiful deck, by the way!

After observing the deck i noticed that these cards are marked by suit!!! Nice little secret Chris (;
If u know the marking for the suit+ the marking for the value you are a legend!
The kings cross in the top left corner gives away the suit
the tuck case looks inside out in a way since the gold design is on the inside and the exterior is blank white :P
The ad cards can be used for a 9 of clubs or 4 of spades reveals.
I know these came out a long time ago now, but it feels like with all the work that went into it it might have been handy to use the indifferent/upside-down piece to indicate the suit, not JUST indicate the end of the marking.
I mean it won't FOREVER be in stack order, and even if it is you would need to know two consecutive values to tell where you are in the stack, not just one value. Or you could glimpse some other card and do the math, but that negates the need for marking in the first place. One spectator shuffle and the marking becomes much less helpful.
That said, they do look friggin' amazing and I love all the bonus features and attention to detail.
I find it funny that is a chess themed playing cards and the faces is not black and white😂

I found it extremely amazing that when I clicked on this video after ordering these cards, I see a chess ad before the video.
The suit is actually also marked, top letf corner, look at the litle cross ;). I have the red deck, dunno if it workes on the white one.

It's a art technique called stippling I'm a pen and ink artist I mostly do cross hatching but have done my fair share of stippling too

My blue knights are marked for both value and suit. But everyone keeps saying only the reds are. I gotta get my hands on the greens and see what’s up.
They way I use the ad cards is a little bit cheesy. I force a 9 of Clubs which is the card featured Daniel Madison's ad card. I have them put their card back in the deck. Then I make the ad card appear telling them that this is their card. They always say "no it's not" then I proceed to show them the tiny 9 and Clubs symbols on the ad card. Caution: only use this trick when people can hear and see clearly. Dark and loud bars are not a good idea.
Red Knights are BOMBER! Love the V2 of suit marking and swapping CR from KS to KH. I feel like I'm missing an obvious 4S reveal, but who knows? (well, you know) Love, love, love this deck. Should have bought a brick or 3.

Hey Chris, I have the red ones and I didnt like them at all,sorry to say. They are GORGEOUS, but I feel the handling is much bellow average. I feel they bend and dont come back to normal. A simple riffle shuffle and they get all croocked. Cant double lift cuz each card gets crooked in a different way. Dunno if MY deck has some problems, but agsin, sorry to say, gorgeous but it wont be leaving my House for magic.

Ordered 2 of these decks, awesome cards indeed. however, I brought them to work and they ended up with a click within the first 20 minutes. I had this same issue with the mint cards as well. I found that placing them in the fridge for a few min helped tremendously and now the mint cards are back to normal again. it must be the compressed stock because none of my standard rider backs are doing this.
I want to buy them so badly, but shipping is so expensive. Cant wait for them to be available on amazon or any other international dealer. Can I expect that to happen in next time?
