11:15 knife looks a bit dodgy dave on the edge sticking out towards your leg or more vulnerable area if you know what i mean ...but enjoying the series good work

The resin I use needs a temperature of 85c to achieve full strength. It is in the box for 2 hours at 48c then two more at 65c then the last two at 85c
I make Cajuns also. They have great sound.
would you please discuss why you use the handle overlay? is it covering a joint?

Does the back off the bow have to be a 2 piece glued, or can it be kept one?
Keep it as one. I did not have the space to cut a full length in the old workshop.
