During traditional Tet in Vietnam, banh tet is an indispensable dish in Vietnamese meals.
Rice cakes soaked in ash water bring a delicious, attractive flavor. The cake is wrapped in green dong leaves and filled with pork and beans. Cook the cake for a few hours, the cooked cake will be golden yellow, chewy and very delicious.
