Tresemme shampoos are like the Victoria Secret of body lotions. They really smell daym good, I used it once from my aunt's bathroom stuff and it feels heaven, did gave me free aromatheraphy.

I love their skincare but I've never tried their hair products I want to but I get nervous about trying different hair products also my hair is already damaged but it's more on my end between mental health issues and having cataplexy attacks makes a consistent routine difficult to manage.
I think it maybe depends on how quickly someone’s hair gets greasy, for me I wash my hair pretty frequently so it needs the oil afterwards to keep it from drying too much but I can see people doing it before their shower so their hair doesn’t get excessively oily after the shower
