The importance of sleeping after Eeshaa' & staying awake after Fajr in light of the Quran & Sunnah.

    Prophet says that there are two blessings we deprive ourselves of:
    1) Time
    2) Health
    To gain more productivity, stay awake after fajr and get started on your work.
    Also, pray your sunnah with fajr prayer, it is better for you than anything in this world.

      Wait I am confused you said to pray our sunnah with fajr prayer but isn’t that already included in fajr prayer so is there something I don’t know could you tell me. I know that you pray two sunnah and then two futher

    Can't i stay up tell fajr then sleep or is it not permissible ?

      You could I think because it was said that prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him) used to pray all night and when he prayed fajr he used to lie on his right side to rest his eyes and not fall asleep because it would break his Wudo

      Why not try it if you wake up a few minutes before fajr you could do both of them
