Sir, this video you put together is fantastic! I was at Disneyland Paris 10 years ago and I still keep wonderful memories (Big Thunder Mountain, YAY!!) I wish the whole world was made and taken care of in the same way as Disneyland. It seems almost impossible not to feel happy when you´re in a place like that.
I'm surprised to see the park looks similar to the one in Florida in some spots. I.o.w. the layout of what is next to what. Very beautiful flora, by the way! I hope to visit Tokyo Disneyland some day~
@Greenkai3000 Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! This is pretty much most of what I recorded when I was there. Yes, I did also go to DisneySea the next day and will put that video together sometime in the next few weeks if I have time. In the meantime, I already have 2 videos for DisneySea, one of the Fantasmic show and the other of the Journey to the Center of the Earth ride.
Great video! I'm incredibly surprised how dead it is though!! Especially for a super-busy place like Tokyo, I'm surprised how little people are there! I can't wait to go, I hope it's as unbusy as this when I get there! Haha the one in Anaheim is so packed full of people that it's hard to even walk around there. Thanks for the upload!
It is called "Nightfall Glow". When I went, it was only 3 months after the earthquake, so there were no fireworks. I believe that this parade is run on rainy nights instead of the fireworks. It's a very short parade... I think there were only 4 floats.
omg this has made me sooo excited. im going to japan with my japanese class this coming monday and we are going to disneyland, im so fricking excited :D:D:D:D
Thanks! Haven't been to Disneyland Paris, but I will be heading to Europe on a holiday next month and it is on my itinerary... so stay tuned for some Disneyland Paris videos! Big Thunder Mountain would be one of my favourite rides, but it will be closed for maintenance when I'm there... Doh!
Thanks! I think it was quiet as it was only 3 months after the earthquake / tsunami last year. Also, compared to Anaheim, the park has much more space which probably seems to absorb the crowds better. Make sure you also go to DisneySea when you are there!
@oliviahearts16 Glad you liked the video... and I also had a great time at Tokyo Disneyland too! There has always been rumours that Disney would open a park in Australia one day, but I think that will be several years down the track. According to news reports a couple of years ago, a group of Disney execs viewed potential locations including Avalon (west of Melbourne), Sydney and the Gold Coast. Fingers crossed it happens one day! :)
Teether Geaver I think this was taken on a holiday. I read that like on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are usually dead but I could be thinking of Tokyo DisneySea
@whbon73 Thanks... glad ya liked the videos. I've been to Anaheim, Orlando and Tokyo... Disney World in Orlando would be my favourite just for the sheer scale of the place with Anaheim a close second. Would love them to build a park down here in Australia... but I doubt that would happen anytime soon! :)
Ok Trent I have to ask . What do you do for a living that you can travel so much and do you travel alone or with someone ?I love Disney so much and really enjoy all of your videos . Just wondered! Rena , Texas
Thanks... glad ya liked the video! I also thought the Easter theme in June was a bit weird... makes sense in March/April, but not June! This was only 3 months after the earthquake and Disneyland did not reopen until mid April, so maybe this played a part in why the Easter theme remained a bit longer. Just a guess!
Have you been to another Disneyland before? If you have, go for Disney Sea as Tokyo Disneyland is similar to the others. If not, then you may need to flip a coin to decide! :) In my opinion, the theming and scale of Disney Sea is amazing... plus it has its own Fantasmic show at night which is brilliant!
I agree! I have had a couple of comments in the past couple of days about the POTC music in the video. I have the full recording, so I will post it tonight for you... should be up in the next 24 hours.
No... they probably leave the decorations for a couple of months to get value out of it. The park was also closed for just over a month after that major earthquake in March, so maybe this could have been a factor why they left the Easter decorations up a while longer after it reopened.
I was there only 3 months after the earthquake... there were no fireworks when they reopened maybe due to low crowds... plus it was heading into the rainy part of the year where I heard that they run a night parade instead of doing fireworks.
😩😫 Disneyland Tokyo is so much bigger than Disneyland CA and has a much better parade than Soundsational! There is also no more electrical parade in CA, only in Florida and Tokyo :(
That's because TDL is located in a windy area right on the shoreline, so for the safety of the guests, fireworks are not such a good option. Also, the Japanese hate loud noises, so the people living in the neighbourhood have complained, forcing Disneyland to limit the amount of fireworks used... Geez, if they don't like fireworks, why did they move there? *grumbles* No fireworks at all? When the park closes, there always are fireworks. I saw them yesterday. I think you went on a windy day.
@trentotoole aww i'm from australia too! :) i went only a couple of weeks ago! ohh it was so fun :D are you serious, one in sydney? that'd be awesome, but would it be maintained as well as thte tokyo one? but it'd still be so awesome. :)
The tex mex world in this park is Westernland along with its sub land of Critter Country, they are all margarita worlds due to themes of the Southwest, modelled after Texas, Arizona and New Mexico, and Mexico also counts.
I have had a couple of comments in the past couple of days about the POTC music in the video. I have the full recording, so I will post it tonight for you... should be up in the next 24 hours.
Sorry, that's too tough to answer as I don't really keep track... I am frugal with my money though and rarely buy things like the merchandise. Prices seemed to be inline with the US Disney Parks... actually, I even thought some of the prices for food were quite reasonable for a theme park. When I went, there was a good rate for the AUD vs Yen... not sure about USD.
I'm going to tokyo next year (I'll be 17) by myself cuz friends and fam have money probs and if ur an otaku ( I am) ur dream is to go to Japan, so I'm thinking getting a 2day pass which is around 100 usd but are the lines long for the rides?
extremely long. If there are many attractions you want to ride, I recommend using the fast passes in the best way possible. If you have time, you should research the wait times and predict how long the lines are going to be when you go there. I've seen a line that lasts 300 minutes by the way
Wow Trent you lucky Dog .You sound very worldly I never really get out Of Texas .We go to Disney World every 3 or 4 years But Its super expensive for us and I am a huge Disney Collector . I even collect Disney Maps so If you ever have extras from the Different parks feel free to send them my way . Have Fun you Lucky dog ....I have never been to Vegas either but my Husband has and We really want to take a trip together some day . Have a great weekend . See ya ..... Rena Texas
No, this video was probably was shot in the aftermath of the massive earthquake and the power plant meltdown so the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dream Lights didn't operate from April to July of 2011. Instead, they played the rain parade to make up for the cancelation.
As much as I wish it to be so, Disneyland will never come to Australia. We don't have the population density to even begin to justify building such a park. It would be a commercial failure
Okay, im still clueless as to why so many Japanese people go to Disneyland Anaheim. I mean there's not really that big of a difference that I could tell between the two. Unless they go because its the original Disney park.
Lameashellcosplay Eh, good point.. Was about to argue saying we here in California dont travel half way across the world just to go to a different park. But then I remembered that there are still quiet a few people here that visit Disney World.
Why do they have a glass canope over Main Street? It makes it seem more like an indoor mall or industrial like:-/ Everything else looks great through:-)
their parades are beautiful and unique!! i love how they have multiple
Going there in two weeks. My first Disneyland trip ever. So excited!!
I really enjoy watching this in HD, thank you for sharing.
I went there once! How nostalgic :') You make me wanna go there again!! Thanks for sharing the full HD recording with us!
Oh my gosh, I want to go even MORE after watching that band play POTC music at 5:00! Thanks for the great video and awesome editing!
This brings me back 2 months ago when i went there thanks for bringing the memories :)
I'm surprised to see the park looks similar to the one in Florida in some spots. I.o.w. the layout of what is next to what. Very beautiful flora, by the way! I hope to visit Tokyo Disneyland some day~
WOW pretty cool I love seeing all the different Disneyland's thank you for sharing this video :)
It aint the full disneyland experience without the long lines. The only difference is this one is so clean!
thank you so much for uploading this video! It's a great park, has a different atmosphere than the LA version, but it's kinda nice.
Thanks for this wonderful video! I always wondered what Tokyo's Disneyland was like compared to the ones in Paris & Florida that I went to :)
@Greenkai3000 Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! This is pretty much most of what I recorded when I was there. omg i went there a bit before this vid was posted! maybe in the same month! loved it!
Wonderfulllll ,I felt excited , maybe i will visit it someday !!
@StevenFmusic Thanks! Glad ya liked it! I would love to visit Paris, so I am sure i will tick that Disneyland off my list one day!
It is called "Nightfall Glow". When I went, it was only 3 months after the earthquake, so there were no fireworks. I believe that this parade is run on rainy nights instead of the fireworks. It's a very short parade... I think there were only 4 floats.
im going end of june!! can't wait, thanks for video!!
My excitement seeing Pocahontas included!!!
omg this has made me sooo excited. im going to japan with my japanese class this coming monday and we are going to disneyland, im so fricking excited :D:D:D:D
*thank you* for sharing this! So nice to have a video without an idiotic vlogger's commentary and mugging for the camera
No worries... glad you liked it! :)
Thanks... hope you enjoy the parks as much as I did :)
Fantastic video. Feels like I've been there now! ; )
Doh!

They are very different... but for sheer size and variety of things to do, Disney World is by far my favourite! (pity it is so far away!)
What an amazing video! I wish it was longer. Great quality. Hopefully you'll upload the full version? Did you go to DisneySea?
No worries... glad ya liked it! :)
I'm going there on a school trip with my best friend ...I live New Zealand btw
Loved it :D great video wanna go there now T-T
thank you for sharing this! :D
Thanks... glad ya liked it!
It's like a cross between Disney Land and Disney World's Magic Kingdom
@oliviahearts16 Glad you liked the video... and I also had a great time at Tokyo Disneyland too! Great video, thanks for sharing!
Went there 2 days ago. It was brilliant as always.
Do you mind telling me how much was the ticket? I plan to do the same next year.
It was about 6000 Yen. :) 6800 or something like this.
Tokyogirl83, thank you very much.
Nice because I was hoping much more. : )
Have fun there. ^__^
It's so much more beautiful and better than Half the Disneylands!!!!The only bad part is the amount of people...
Teether Geaver I think this was taken on a holiday. I read that like on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are usually dead but I could be thinking of Tokyo DisneySea

Happy birthday Aurora 🎊🎈🎁🎂🎉
I Love You, Tokyo. :)
kev p actually it's located in Chiba
I agree! I have had a couple of comments in the past couple of days about the POTC music in the video. I have the full recording, so I will post it tonight for you... should be up in the next 24 hours.
This is a fantastic video. Thank you! Does anyone know whats with all the easter stuff?
No... they probably leave the decorations for a couple of months to get value out of it. The park was also closed for just over a month after that major earthquake in March, so maybe this could have been a factor why they left the Easter decorations up a while longer after it reopened.

Very nice. I have been there about 5 - 6 times, too. :-)
Have fun!
Hi! Would you recommend Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea for thrilling rides? :) would appreciate any help! Thank you!
😩😫 Disneyland Tokyo is so much bigger than Disneyland CA and has a much better parade than Soundsational! There is also no more electrical parade in CA, only in Florida and Tokyo :(
wrong

In going there next year and that was a good video
If your going to Tokyo and you had only a chance to choose one, would it be Disney Sea or Disneyland?
Thanks!
Thanks
Looks like just normal Disney World Magic Kingdom
Happy birthday Cinderella 🎁🎉🎂🎈🎊
What was that night time parade called? it looked different then that Dream Lights parade I've seen on youtube.
@trentotoole aww i'm from australia too! :) i went only a couple of weeks ago! ohh it was so fun :D are you serious, one in sydney? that'd be awesome, but would it be maintained as well as thte tokyo one? but it'd still be so awesome. :)

This was 3 months after the earthquake / tsunami hit Japan which may explain why I was one of only a few international tourists I saw there!
I have had a couple of comments in the past couple of days about the POTC music in the video. I have the full recording, so I will post it tonight for you... should be up in the next 24 hours.
I am taking my 3yr old daughter there! Any recommendations on where to stay? can we stay on the resort?
btw great video!
How much money in terms of USD to Yen did you spend while you were there? I'm planning a trip to Tokyo myself.
Sorry, that's too tough to answer as I don't really keep track... I am frugal with my money though and rarely buy things like the merchandise. The welcoming area of World Bazaar is themed to Old New Orleans, Louisiana.
looks nice

Wow I diddnt know they had a disney land in tokyo until now lol maybe because I live in usa
is the parade float with Cinderella and Belle part of the Main Street Electrical parade..?
No, this video was probably was shot in the aftermath of the massive earthquake and the power plant meltdown so the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dream Lights didn't operate from April to July of 2011. Instead, they played the rain parade to make up for the cancelation.
1:57 is Tokyo Disneyland's ultimate margarita earth.
Ive learned some words and I'm learning to use chopsticks too
I don't like the roof over the main street, it looks to much like a mall.
Betongbarnet actually it's not Main Street here it's called World Bazzar
In Tokyo it rains a lot compared to California and Florida, so it has a roof.
I see more adults or teens than children. Is disney popular for most adults? Sorry for asking I just noticed that.
Yea
Disney is very popular in Japan for all ages. There are a heap of Disney store scattered in different cities. :)
Shaye Hayes yeah I've been to Japan and my family went in to a Disney store it was beautiful :D
Are Disneyland paris and Disneyland tokyo look similiar?
no
@adeeve No worries. Yeah, it's a great park, but not as good as the 2 in the US. There were no fireworks which was a shame!
Is Mickey Toontown still open?
As much as I wish it to be so, Disneyland will never come to Australia. We don't have the population density to even begin to justify building such a park. It would be a commercial failure
Not yet, but it's in the works for Epcot
Man, it's kinda different than the California Disneyland and doesn't seem to be the same, plus the California Disneyland was the first to be created
right, and then it was Florida and now Japan. Its the same thing with universal studios.
Asia McCall Then France for Paris DisneyLand
Estive lá em 2006. Muito organizado, pessoas muito educadas. Pena que não teve a queima de fogos no vídeo.
Muito obrigado por compartilhar...
wow ,, just wow
What day did you go on
what is the name of parade at the end?
The reason their is a glass roof on Main Street is because of the local hostile weather witch comes very often
Idk do Japanese celebrate Easter in June?
What parks do they have?
In Splash Mountain of TDL, Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah OST is sung in Japanese.
Okay, im still clueless as to why so many Japanese people go to Disneyland Anaheim. I mean there's not really that big of a difference that I could tell between the two. Unless they go because its the original Disney park.
maybe because they live there??
Lameashellcosplay Eh, good point.. Was about to argue saying we here in California dont travel half way across the world just to go to a different park. But then I remembered that there are still quiet a few people here that visit Disney World.
+Teamdoesyou Because Disney World's bigger.
@mspsky Thanks! :)
Ummm...you're not supposed to take pics/vids on the rides....
すごいい! I WANT TO GO!!
Why do they have a glass canope over Main Street? It makes it seem more like an indoor mall or industrial like:-/ Everything else looks great through:-)
Is there not a lot of rides
@whizlyleduff Thanks! :)
do u need to be abel to speek much Japanese when you go?
