    Sir, it was very helpful your explanation was incredible.
    Sir, i am having a problem after join all the join 1, offset and sweep we are creating a MainBody geometric set after that we are using closesurface and using that join from mainbody I'm not getting the thickness msg popping up is "operation cannot be preformed"

    class B surface is the surface containing the boss, rib, snap which helps A class to make it for fitment with the other part. but in this video, there is only offsetting a surface and creating C that is thickness is right but what about the features which can be used to produce for fitment.

      Dear Pratik.
      This is just an Example to understand how we can covert class A to class B.
      We can definitely add features on this class b surface,
      Thanks

    Sir I just want to say why we need to create this Class A ,B surface.. if we can directly provide thickness to first body

    Why do we need to add new geometrical sets? I tried the same without adding the geometrical sets and still made this part. Is it just for explanation purpose or any other reasons to do so?

      @CADTutorialsForBeginners  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Pranav Nagaveykar Actually, this is just a simple example to show how to convert Class A to class B. Regarding Geometrical sets, once you find multiple surfaces to convert, it will be very difficult to manage. that's why better to have separate geometrical sets ,so that there will not be any confusion or difficulties.

      Okay. I have designed an outer body of car using freestyle sketch trace and joined the parts. But I am unable to give offset to the car as it is giving me some error. The offset is only given to certain places and other places it remains blank. Can you help me out if I mail you the design? If so, can you provide your mail ID?
      Thank you

    Hi my friend
    Why do you put the join of CLASS A in geometrical set of CLASS B? In this case, the join should be in geometrical set CLASS A and the offset CLASS B.
    Thank you in advance.
