Why u use intersect to split , we can directly split by surfaces write or any other reason u use intersect?

We can also use "trim" instead and do it all in 1 step (select only the faces/sides/ones you want, trim command will keep only those and remove the rest)

@@lonewolf.4ki Avoid using trim instead use split , after trim operation surfaces get joined and become difficult for further operation if any left till body get closed.
