  • By faith, believers become sons and daughters of the living God. He abides and dwells in us, setting us free from the bondage of sin. His Spirit cries out to the Father in our hearts and inclines our spirits to submit and obey the Lord. In this sermon, David Wilkerson talks about how incredibly important grasping this truth is to our redeemed lives. This is how God's children please him and live in a way that testifies to his redemptive work on the cross.

First Armenian pastor, that I've heard in a long time. Good message for both new believers and those that have believed for a long time.

Those who are IN THE FLESH cannot please the God.
You, however, are not IN THE FLESH but IN THE SPIRIT,
IF indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Romans 8:8,9
When the Spirit of the Lord is in your life, you are not IN THE FLESH. It's one of the other. It's impossible to please God when you live after or have a mind after the things of the flesh, because without faith it is impossible to please God, Hebrews 11:6, and your flesh was crucified with Christ and you live according to this biblical truth by faith. Romans 8:9c says that you only belong to Christ IF you have the Spirit of Christ in you. Romans 8:9 says, IF the Spirit is in you you cannot be IN THE FLESH. So, if you live according to the flesh, you are not saved. If you die in this condition, you will go to hell.

Except not all that you've written is Scriptural. It simply is NOT written.

@@billywalker21 Bro. If you live after the flesh, you cannot be living by faith. You are living in unbelief, therefore you go to hell. There's only the obedience of faith and disobedience of unbelief. If you die in unbelief, you die in your sin.

_Abba Father does not always respond when you talk to Him. Most of us who truly know Him know this well. So did Job. Read it._

I've heard it explained that "Abba" means father. And if it does why and how does saying "Abba Father" make sense?

Oh, by the way "no" is often the answer as a response.
