I bought my Model D second hand and it did not come with an unpatched screw - what can I use instead from my local hardware store, or that might be in my toolbox? eg M8 reverse thread etc?

Is there any risk of the flywheel no longer being balanced after replacing these parts?

Should not be any issue, the flywheel is pretty straightforward to take off and put back on.

Sprocket won't come out. One of the bolts is too tight, the one on the other side of the fly wheel. Any recommendation?

Why not a video for just the shock cord? Or some times stamps for the cord replacement frames? The instructions enclosed were not too great...just photos.
