Concept 2 Rower Maintenance and Cleaning

In this video, I replace the broken chain on one of our Concept 2 Rowing machines. I also show how to take apart the fan and perform some basic cleaning and maintenance to extend the life of the Row Erg.

How long does a chain lasts?

It is essential that the silver grill is cleaned. Otherwise it gets blocked and the rower does not allow air into the mechanism. Currently my gym in Hartspring lane Bushey has had this issue for a number of months they will not clean the rowers so they are useless. . Max drag factor possible is 80.
