As for recommendations I'm excited about the idea of you maybe reacting to a trilogy of their Japanese songs. I'd love if you watched Your Eyes Tell (Live w/English subs) with its angelic vocals (especially Jimin's) its in my top 5 BTS songs , Lights (MV) is also one of my personal favorites with its beautiful message , and lastly Don't Leave Me. I have seen this but it’s always worth a rewatch! One of the most jarring things to watch was their condition after a big performance, like we know especially with the amount of energy they put into everything that they would be exhausted after a show but seeing it and then having them sit there saying they messed up or they need to do better, kills me. No boys, you go above and beyond for us every single time, even at the detriment to yourself. I really hope while they’re all focusing of their solo stuff and away at the military that they remember they should always come first, that their health matters. I don’t care if they mess up or take it easy during a performance - I’d rather that than knowing that they’re backstage collapsing or injured or sick. I honestly really wish I could sit down with all of them and just plaster them with praise and compliments so they know how wonderful & special each of them are 💜

Agreed. I felt the same way about Seventeen's Hit the Road documentary as well. It's absolutely heartbreaking and upsetting to see these artists pushing themselves to the very limit even to the point of injury, illness or mental distress and anxiety just to please the fans and to not dissapoint them, even though their health should ALWAYS come first and REAL fans will definitely see it that way as well.
Yes! Please finish this series! It is SO GOOD. You actually get to see them work through a pretty emotional argument. RM is such an amazing leader.

I love all of their documentaries series. There are 3 (Bring the Soul and Break The Silence are the other two. - Notice the titles have words that start with BTS) In addition there are movies with the same name that have different content. It’s the documentaries that made me fall in love with them. 💜

I am so proud of Jin as well. He is going to be a Training Assistant at boot camp and the others in the troops really seem to like him based on the videos I've seen. I pray for his safety and have started to count down the days until he is done serving in the military.

I always find it funny when you hear a song you haven’t heard yet or discover another new content and react all surprised. The machine in the first bit of the shownis a humidifier. It pumps water into the air so they don't dry out their throats, faces, or skin in general. Especially when you're flying a lot of places, the air on planes is really dry.

Wow Burn the stage.I love this series. I think this is why so many people love BTS you get to see how they are behind the scenes and as you say what you see is what you get.
I feel that it’s just like watching friends and we get to know them so well.
I still get emotional watching Jin but I’m so pleased he is doing well and so proud of him.
To see his post the other day made my day. He will be an inspiration to the new recruits just like he is to us.

I am glad that I came across your reactions and subscribed. Gives me something to watch on my afternoon after work. You had mentioned about attending a BTS concert. I just found BTS in April 2020 and went to my first BTS concert in December 2021. Unlike any concert experience I had ever attended. The atmosphere is just as electrifying in person as it is watching the concert clips on TH-cam.
I've seen Burn the Stage before but it's my 1st time seeing it with you Luke. Please Continue this Must-See Incredible Series in Weekly Increments, otherwise it's easy for some folks to get side-tracked. P.S. I've watched the series before Luke - I purchased it on Weverse before it was available on TH-cam. In fact I saw Burn the Stage: The movie in the cinema here in the UK in 2018. This was the first of 3 films they released - all available on Weverse. Their PTD concert in Seoul was also shown in cinemas and I'm getting really excited to watch the Busan concert in my local cinema in February - have you got your ticket?? 💜💜💜💜
You are absolutely right. I have always thought that BTS are the most real and honest band out there. I suppose they have had cameras pointing at them 24/7 for their whole careers and nobody can put on an act 24/7 and you really do feel they wouldn't want to do that. It feels like they value their fans more than any other celebrities, that's why we love them. A couple of suggestions for song reviews would be either the set from their MTV live performances or the set that they did for BBC Live Lounge. Both feature a cover song that will blow your mind.

Luke, there are 3 BTS docuseries: Burn the Stage, Bring the Soul, and Break the Silence. They each follow the guys on tour. Along with the docuseries episodes, they also had a movie that was released in movie theatres. Some of the content is the same as in its corresponding series, but there is are lots of new shots in each movie. So along with each series, you have a movie to watch along after each one.

The smoke machine is a humidifier. Singers need their throats to be as humid as possible to perform well. You’ll often see these in broadway musicals behind the scenes too.

It's healthy to be a little self critical because it can push you to improve yourself further, but I think most idols are far too critical of themselves and it breaks the hearts of fans. We appreciate all their effort, of course we do, but most importantly we want them to be happy and healthy. Seeing them feeling as though they don't work hard enough makes me so so sad, especially with Jimin.
I actually didn't realise it was a series...I feel like I watched it as one feature length production but I'm wondering if I did or not now lol. Definitely stick with it and if you're an emotional wreck like me then I suggest grabbing some tissues...I cried more than I ought to 😔 - A

Just a heads up a lot of clips of burn the stage (along with a couple from bring the soul and break the silence i think) were actually in the rise of bangtan too😉, so if you recognize any scenes that's where its from. ROB especially had a lot of burn the stage clips but I'm so excited to see you dive fully into this series its really good (and a little heartbreaking at times...But its all part of seeing how hard our guys work and what they have gone through y'know🙄💜)

I think you would really like Converse High. Watch Enjoy BTS More channel version as it has lyrics and is a stage mix (some performances have only Jin & rapline performing it for some reason) it's a cute R&B song. Have you done Like (I like it) yet? There's also a cute stage performance of that where they are wearing matching uniforms.. Also Enjoy BTS More has a good live version for Blanket Kick (Embarrassed) which is another fun R&B song you would like.. Maybe also Coffee... that's a really old one. OH have you done 134340 (the song about Pluto) yet?? that's SOOOO GOOD and so different from their other songs. Also Love Maze.
