As a new army, I see the timeline of what they are talking about can be confusing. So I will explain.
    1. When J-Hope says Big Hit needed someone who can dance and everyone started to dance he is not talking about when the BTS lineup was already formed. He joined Big Hit way before any of vocal line joined company. At the time when all trainees at that time were rappers. And after some time of him joining, the vision for BTS started to change and rappers were asked to learn how to dance. And many of trainees left the company because of that. So he is not talking about the timeline where Jimin already joined Big Hit as a trainee.
    2. If Suga was not in BTS it would be an absolute travesty. Not only Suga produced and wrote some of most gut-wrenchingly honest BTS songs. Suga is the one, who gives realness to the group because of his own struggles, his openness and understanding, that people relate to him and BTS as a whole so much. For me it was Suga's written song that made me from casual listener to an ARMY. And I'm not alone. His music is comforting, because you feel that he actually knows and feels what he is talking about in his music. Ofc his personality is like cats. So either you cat person or not.

for my case, "Tomorrow" makes me full time Army (i have watch them since end of year on 2013. But i just like their music but still not into them (i am not really into kpop artist, only casual listener). Until they release Tomorrow. That song hit me hard n makes me become their fan 😁) and my bias is Suga after I know he is the one who produce n write Tomorrow. I like Suga realness and most of us can related with his song.

@@lealarsen2017this misunderstanding happened not because BH didn't explain well but because fans started to formulate their own narrative, their own theories, listen to narratives of other people, that don't like Bts.... to the point that they themselves believe it without even considering what BTS said. That's why when Tannies say to trust them.. just trust them. Not the narratives of other people because eventually little by little we will discover the meaning behind the things that they do.

yoongi has said that he actually likes being in the back. he actually made a joke on his tv show "schwita" with guest star (jimin) where he said he prefers the vocal like (jimin, jungkook, taehyung, and jin) to be in front of him and be the visual of the team. yoongi is like 95% of the reason why bts has such fucking bangers. the man is literally referred to as a musical genius. while yes, ALL of the members are included in the writing/producing of their songs; yoongi is just built different. the way he navigates music and just knows what sounds good and what doesn't is so ... appealing. he could write a song in a week and be done whereas it takes most artists months to write a single song. it took me awhile to warm up to yoongi when i first became an army in 2015. i had always acknowledged his good looks bc i mean .. the man is fucking gorgeous. but on a more emotional level, i felt we didn't have much in common. that was until a few years later when yoongi revealed more about his own personal struggles (some of which i was experiencing at the same time). i looked him up more and absolutely fell in love with his mindset, his personality, and his passion. and now he's my bias wreck :) trust, yoongi is truly amazing and he's such a sweet and wise person.

You guys are misunderstanding some things though. Jhope was saying he was the reason they changed into a dancing group, but you have to understand he joined BTS before Jimin and Tae. Jimin already came with some background hip hop dance experience as explained in his introduction video. Originally BTS was going to be a rap group, no dancing. Jhope joined changing it to an idol group with dance, then Jimin joined…

the problem is you think everyone who comments is army. the people youre complaining about are solo stans people who hate bts and only follow 1 member. theyre the ones who are insufferable and complain about those silly things. my only complaint ever would be if someone isnt following the subs/lyrics.
youre also getting confused. they still do hip hop and no more dream era IS them. the hip hop group change theyre talking about is BEFORE their debut. they didnt change after 2013 the change occurred in 2011. idk how to explain it well but youre very confused. when we say bts didnt change we mean after their debut in 2013. the change bts are discussing in the documentary is before bts were bts.

HOWEVER they did not have the impact that BTS did in the US which was very ARMY driven…..so their fanbase targeted BTS and Blinks and Army have always been at war. I genuinely don't think they were comparing themselves with groups that big. Groups like big bang or blackpink were big from the start. On the other hand, bts didn't win a single first place until 2 years later of their debut. That was probably what made them feel insecure. As Rm said, they had a sense of inferiority. Just to clear something up, from all the schools of dance, contemporary was the one Jimin trained the least amount of time in, it’s just that classical dance demands you put your whole mind and body to it and rewrite everything you knew about movement. Jimin did popping and street styles for far longer than he did contemporary, but the latter was so ingrained in him when he joined BTS that doing anything else was hard for him. It’s because Jimin has a mixed background of dance and martial arts that he is the dancer he is today.

A couple of things that may help you to understand BTS and real army.
    1. Army are not toxic. The more you encounter and interact with solos and haters you feel that the army space is toxic. You should learn to differentiate between army vs haters. If you disrespect or shade any of the members army will protect and respond.
    2. Jimin was a contemporary dancer and he had some hip hop training but I am not sure how much before he joined as a trainee. I don’t know whether Jimin wanted to be in a hip hop group or not since I have not heard him saying anything regarding it. I am happy that he is now enjoying being part of BTS and exploring his dancing more.
    3. About K-Pop idol culture, there will be multiple trainees and the members are selected based on tests. So for example, for forming a group of 4, there will 10 trainees and 4 will be selected from that. So Jimin not being Bang PD’s first choice has nothing to do with Jimin being less talented.
    4. RM, Suga and J-Hope are the backbone of the BTS for a long time. It was not because vocal line is not talented but because most of them didn’t had experience which they have gained now. I hope you will try to dive into the members and try to understand their role in the team.
    5. All members of BTS are important and each of them had their roles in the team from the beginning that made BTS the BTS today. If you feel that if X member is not there also BTS will work, I would say it is because you have not discovered that member yet.
I want to emphasize that real army is not toxic until and unless you shade a member or is disrespectful towards a member. If you have not done either of these and you still find someone being toxic, then that person might be a solo/ hater.
I would say you will get a better understanding of how the idol system works and also a chronological growth of BTS and bighit if you watch The Rise of Bangtan series. I would suggest watching this documentary after that so you will get the context of many of the things they are speaking here.

If you really want to know about Jimin's album and his song FACE, he discusses it during the episode with Suswitcha. He said it was about what he through during the pandemic and how he missed ARMY. It was also about how the distance affected relationships (he didn't say what kind). He did drinka lott during this time. Was he an alcoholic? NO HE WASN'T they drinka alot as a culture anyway. He just drank more than normal. Once they started back concerts he got better. As far as SUGA, he is an introvert, and he is one member who went through a lot, including family issues and depression. As far as SUGA, not mattering is far from the truth. He and RM write most of the songs, and he produces most of the songs. Maybe his personality doesn't resignate with you, but he definitely belongs in the group he was the main one fighting for baby daddy to stay!! Lol You guys are hilarious. I would suggest you watch The Rise of Bangtan, instead of Hustle life. It gives you insight on the The beginning of BTS, the change, and where they are now. It also explains K-pop as a whole, how groups are formed and the competition, etc... it's a 22-episode series. You would love it!! Also as far as ARMY, honestly within any group you will find true and toxic fans. The more BTS grew so did the Fandom. Some to me are bandwaginers lol they don't understand ARMY and BTS relationship.. I've been an ARMY since 2015. When the boys went through the rumors ARMY fought for them that's true ARMY. Now there is a divide, so many different reason ppl have joined the Fandom. Just do you. I tell ppl believe 50% of what you see and zero of what you hear unless it comes from the boys.

Jimin is widely known and acknowledged for his nonpareil talent and skill in dance. Having trained in different dance genres in his early years, he has developed a distinctive dance style that incorporates elements from each of the different dance genres, making it impossible to imitate his signature moves and thus placing him in a class of his own.
In fact, he is ranked among the 'Elite King Dance line,' which consists of the top 3 dancers in the entire K-pop industry.
His immense popularity overseas has also earned him the title of 'King of K-pop' in that most people and even media outlets outside of South Korea will always associate K-pop with Jimin. For example, some people may not know much about K-pop or even about BTS, but they will definitely know who Jimin is.
With his widespread popularity and his unbeatable dance skills, it is not surprising that Jimin made an appearance in the first book ever on K-pop dance theory in the US. Not only was Jimin referenced in the book's text, but an image from one of his iconic stages could also be made out on the book's cover!

You’re able to lock that profile with a 4 digit code, so that it won’t be accessible to your kiddos, and make them a separate profile.

Ahhh yeah you buggin Jody lol. Yoongi (Suga/Agust D) is the main producer of the group. He literally carried BTS during debut days. He got hit by a car doing deliveries just to help make money for himself and the group, and never told the company and still kept dancing for YEARS without them noticing. Suga produced other songs for other idols to the point where companies beg for him to produce for their company/idols. In May he became the first Korean artist with a #1 on the Top Rap Album Billboard Charts in the U.S. You have GOT to do a deep dive on Suga, he's literally rapline personified. Sorry to fulfill your prophesy about disagreeing commenters, but if I considered all 11 years of BTS, Suga became the both the glue that held BTS together and the creative force that made BTS one of the most open and honest groups going. Leave it to the introverted guy who at moments seems detached to actually have the racing, iconoclastic, philosophical mind that help make BTS cutting edge in a sea of vacuous Idols singing love songs. And frankly I think his love of the other members may be the deepest as they gave him a supportive family to traverse all the vagaries of his not always stable being. Get to know Suga more deeply you will find a very unique and special human being.

As a fan, all of the members are equally talented and needed in the group, the group would not be BTS without anyone of them missing. 💜 Though Army is a fandom group, do remember that with this in mind some may have bias, bias wreckers but all should be shown respect and love. And each fan feels differently and do not always think the same. Suga is heavily involved in most of the producing, composing and writing of their music catalog. There is a reason when he entered a rap contest hosted by "Big Hit", he took 2nd place. Even though, they were not able to let him go, then signing him to become the 2nd artist in the group. You'll see that in their early days he sacrificed alot to get the group where they are. Many hours of no sleep, endless days of writing and giving up his younger years to pursue his love and passion in music. He may not be seen as a major role in the group for people who are just getting to know the group, maybe because he is quiet and I think that tends to draw some attention away from him. But if you deep dive, you'll find that he is equally loved by fans. Such a talented, raw person who deserves all the accolades for all his contributions he has made in the music industry. ♥️ hopefully you get a chance to look into his personality and solo projects. You'll be surprised how wrong you are and that sometimes thinking out loud should not be made until you learn more of what you tend to state... also I ksut wanted to say "Yoongi, marry me!!!"💜💜💜♥️

❣Jimin, growing up, since quite young age, even pre mid school, was always into hip hop & r&b music. Aside from Rain, Taeyang, & BoA, Korean idols, known not just for amazing vocals, but their dance ability, Jimin was also heavily influenced, with other role models, such as Chris Brown, & Usher. So it goes to follow he’d also appreciate other equally well known artists who also were amazing dancers & performers aside from vocal ability. It also goes without saying that Jimin, was indeed heavily influenced by MJ. He even taught Jin to moon dance for Dynamite MV, also Jimin was the one that suggested other MJ moves also for BTS song “Dynamite”.
Jimin already at early age of 10, started studying hip hop at the renowned Just Dance Academy, in Busan, city where Jimin’s from, which teaches all the many different styles of hip hop. There is even a post made that shows a performance where young again 11 Jimin in 2007, not only performed already, on right front side of stage, but later on went in front and did a solo. JIMIN also competed, excelling in popping, & isolation moves, winning every competition. JIMIN also since a little boy, trained 8 yrs in various forms of martial arts: Taekwondo (blackbelt), Hapkido, Kendo, & Chinese martial arts. Side Note: When learning Taekwondo, as a little boy, I believe Jimin said that doing the splits was one of the first things required to be able to do. He said that he'd put his legs split, up against the wall for quite long, hrs at a time. This was aside from still attending middle school Jimin, where he was already into all kinds of sports, including being part of soccer team,, but also basketball, even joined after school billiards, also excelling in track & field throughout his schooling.
Then, while going to Busan Highschool of the Arts, he then also studied & performed contemporary. Media even called Jimin “The rising star of Busan” after seeing Jimin perform on stage during a huge festival. JIMIN also studied, some ballet as well as even traditional Korean dance. But Jimin’s main love was always hip hop. Though he did enjoy dancing contemporary, which Jimin indeed excels at, to this day all his dance movements, have his exquisite body placement, amazing elegant, poised, clean lines, as well as he also always stands, even without dancing, with out-turned feet, his foot positions always end up while dancing in classical out turned foot position, placement that classically trained dancers have. Jimin found he could express himself even more through contemporary dance. Very few dancers have the ability to dance as many styles of dance as well as have the ability to incorporate all of them, even his gravity defying, martial arts, moves in his dance.
There’s a reason Jimin was not only give the official title of Main Dancer & Lead Vocalist, but has been awarded the prestigious titles for 5 yrs In a row, Best Dancer in Kpop, as well as 5 yrs King of Kpop. Jimin is called Stage Commander for a reason, his stage presence is on another level. Jimin is also called “Rookies Bible” because all rookies look up to him, watching his erformances. over & over, trying to emulate, & learn from his unmatchable, flawless, precise moves. So many trainees & rookies choose his songs to try to copy when competing, though even without singing, but just focusing on dance, always still fail to even come close.

Omg these comments are a mess. I haven't watched the video yet because i haven't slept and I'm going to sleep before watching it, but just by briefly reading the comments:
    1. No, BTS couldn't be BTS without Yoongi (Suga). He's NOT the main producer for the group (they have loyal in-house producers that have been with them since the start), BUT he IS the one who produces the most among the members. And he DOES produce a lot of music for himself and other artists besides BTS (like a lot). He IS one of the main writers, below only RM, and he DID produce some of BTS most beloved songs such as "Dead Leaves", "Ddaeng", "First Love" etc.
    2. Jimin is a professional contemporary dancer, but he also did street dancing. He was the last person to be added to the group. J-Hope was the third one to enter. BTS formation order goes as follows: RM -> Suga -> j-hope -> Jin -> Jungkook -> V -> Jimin. Idk what y'all said about this topic but, to be clear:
Keep in mind: Main > Lead > *no specification, just the name of the position, ex: singer, rapper, dancer* > Sub
    Leader =/= Lead
BTS GROUP POSITIONS + MAJOR JOBS
    RM -
    Position: Leader, *Main* rapper
Jobs: Mainly songwriter and composer, sometimes producer
    Suga -
    Position: Lead rapper
Jobs: Mainly songwriter and composer, often producer
    j-hope -
Positions: *Main* dancer, rapper, sub vocalist
Jobs: Mainly songwriter and dance *leader*, composer
    Jin -
    Position: Vocalist, visual
Jobs: Sometimes songwriter, composer and producer
    Jungkook -
Positions: *Main* vocalist, *lead* dancer, *sub* rapper, center
Jobs: Vocal guides, sometimes songwriter, composer and producer
    V -
    Position: Vocalist, dancer, visual
Jobs: Sometimes songwriter, composer and producer
    Jimin -
    Positions: *Main* dancer, *lead* vocalist
Jobs: Sometimes songwriter, composer and producer
The Leader position is not the same as the Lead position. The lead position, as well as main and sub etc have to do with skill set/abilities. The Leader position has to do with leadership over the group. Both Jimin and j-hope are main dancers, but j-hope is the dance leader because he learns the choregraphies fast and teaches the rest, he also helps directing their performances alongside the performance director, it has nothing to do with who is better than who. The lead dancer, which is below the main category, is Jungkook, because he is an extremely good dancer, just not technically as good as j-hope and jimin, and I mean "technically" literally, about technic.
    3. BTS was ALWAYS a hip-hop idol group from debut. They were supposed to be a rap group BEFORE debut, but that idea was tossed away and they started adding singers prior to debut to debut as an idol group.
    4. Bang Shihyuk does not *hate* Jimin like solos are talking about. BigHit was a small startup when BTS debuted, prior to that they were even smaller. The goal was to find people they thought were prepared to debut and have a chance at success, Jimin had a trainee period of months before debuting and that is not secure enough for a small company debuting it's second group with a lot at stake since the first one failed. Debuting him was a gamble because usually people spend years training before debut, that's why Bang Shihyuk wasn't sure they should debut him, and that's *it*. That's what the potential talk is all about.
Anyways, I'mma go to sleep and I'll watch when I wake up and make another complementary comment if necessary.

Guys, I’m genuinely just trying to give information to you here bc I know it gets confusing when you don’t have all the information and are trying to fill the blank spaces yourselves, when they say that “BTS was supposed to be a hiphop group with RM as the center” they mean the time around 2010-2011, RM joined bighit in 2010, the first member, there were other artists at the time who were also rappers and producers like Supreme Boi (who still works for bighit as a producer and was featured in the Cypher pt.3 from the rap line) and also amother underground rapper named IRON, this was ALL pre debut (years before any other member joined Bighit and years before the No More Dream MV), they intended to debut together and even released unofficial songs together as BPB for “bulletproof boys” (not bulletproof boySCOUTS, which is BTS), one of those songs was “Bulletproof pt.1” and you can still find reuploads of this song and others on TH-cam. BangPD would eventually change his mind when Jhope came into the picture in 2011 and decided to start turning this hiphop group (that was not meant to be in the K-pop industry AT ALL) into an hiphop centric IDOL group (that would be part of the K-pop industry, go to K-pop tv shows, k-con, etc), that meant Suga and RM (as well as the other rappers at the time) would NEED to learn to dance and be IDOLS. In late 2010/early 2011 Suga had auditioned through their rap competition and J-hope auditioned as a dancer, they were added to the lineup for *BPB*, THIS was the group that was intended to debut as a hiphop group with RM at the center (not idols, so no dancing), but it was the addition of j-Hope that started to change things and the vision of what this group would be. With this change, both IRON and Supreme Boi were not a good fit for this group anymore. And in the following 2 years all the members of the vocal line (JK, V, Jin and Jimin) would be scouted or audition to become part of the company and eventually becoming trainees to debut as BTS (bulletproof boy-scouts), some member changes occurred until their actual debut in 2013, for example BTS was supposed to be an 8 member group with the last member to join being Jimin (he was the 8th member) who had only six months as a trainee in Bighit, however one of the members decided to leave, making BTS a 7 member group turning Jimin into the 7th member.
THAT is why when BTS debuted, the side track for their FIRST ever EP as BTS (a HIPHOP CENTRIC *IDOL* group) was titled BULLETPROOF PT. 2, bc pt.1 had been unofficially released by BPB, the hiphop group that did not dance AT ALL and had RM as the center back in 2010. RM worked on both of these songs.
Part of the main reason why BTS debuted as a hiphop idol group was bc BangPD wanted the boys to be involved in the creation of their music, but the only members who had ANY experience with writing and producing music were RM and SUGA, two of the oldest (not in age, but in time in the company) members who been planning and preparing to debut for years at that point. BangPD demanded a level of authenticity in their songs that only hiphop could bring at the time, but ALL the members wanted to be and debut as BTS knowing full well that it was a hiphop centric IDOL group. They were not forced by the company to do anything.
I recommend you watch Boracity Magazine’s video on the “Chapter 1 of BTS discography” if you want to learn more abt BTS’s formation and beginnings in a more concise manner bc she follows a very precise timeline that goes back all the way to 2008 (5 years before BTS debut) when RM was still releasing songs as an independent artist named Runch Randa

watching you guys learn about bts and broaden your understanding of other cultures is what drew me to your reactions. but guys, objectifying and belittling high school girls (JK's classmates) and/or any aged females, army or not, as nothing more than "p--sies" is just f-ing gross af and a complete turnoff. you can do better. my fam watched you guys bc it was fun and intriguing to see you guys come to navigate, learn and grow in your own individualistic ways while endeavoring to understand BTS's story. besides that, BTS doesn't have to have a multiracial group to be legitimized any more than J5 or any other black group would *have* to add anyone to their group for their race or skin tone in order to be legitimized. that said, unfortunately, we couldn't stomach watching you beyond halfway thru this reaction - despite being low-key excited to see you guys do a reaction on the BTS Monuments series (one of *several* official BTS documentaries). this current series doesn't go thru every bit of BTS history because there's so much of it. maybe you'll give yourself time to to realize that as you react to more content, or not. we won't likely watch anymore of your vids...which, no doubt, ya'll won't sweat one bit. hopefully, you get the point.
on a few side notes, you may not think much about Suga (aka, Min Yoongi, aka Agust D) - tho he's among BTS's main award-winning songwriters. regardless, his new solo album, "D-Day" was just included in AllMusic's list of "Favorite Rap & Hip Hop Albums of 2023" (there were 3 million album entries vying for the list). If you're unfamiliar w/ AllMusic, it's an American based list.
as for BTS's dancers, JHope, as BTS's dance Leader, has a style that's has always been hip hop based; Jimin is obvi classically trained, but also trained in hip hop dance (Jimin/JHope/JK have several dance practices on vid, referring to them as 3J); JK wanted to b-boy when he was younger (he was sent to the US to train for BTS); Suga used to b-boy as well (according to him).
according to Suga (also during an interview with Jimin on Suga's own youtube show), Suga said that Jimin was supposed to be brought on to as a rapper for the group, but Suga said Jimin's voice was so nice that he should be a vocalist (Suga supported Jimin).
when suga kept asking Jimin to perform w/ him on Suga's 2023 tour for Suga's song that he and Jimin performed together before (Tony Montana) Jimin himself was reluctant because Jimin sees himself as not 'that hard' (if you see Suga/AgustD solo performances, you'll get the sense of what he means by "hard"). Jimin does have an appreciation for hip hop (his fav artists that he's openly mentioned are in the hip hop and R&B genres), he just didn't like the harder persona/vibes that were expected of him/BTS in their earlier years. Jimin expressed feeling like more of himself after they changed their look/direction.

Genuinely hear me out, this is just a suggestion, but I think you both need someone who is army and has been for years to help you with reactions, bc I understand that you both know next to nothing abt K-pop, the K-pop industry and its history and you have a tendency to compare and look for similarities between BTS’s label and American labels without understanding they had different audiences, practices, cultures, goals, etc.
I think much of the disconnect armys are feeling with you guys is your lack of knowledge on BTSxARMY story, the K-pop industry itself and how things work in Korean music, and how different BTS itself has always been from K-pop and how different armys are to K-pop fandoms.
I think specially when it comes to the honest message they have always put into their music, you’re missing out on a lot. I like the format you came up with to react to dance practices and try to guess the visuals for the MV, but I think it has lead to you not paying as much attention to lyrics. It is truly ironic and frustrating for armys who have been here for YEARS to hear you say “this isn’t really them” when the entire point of the song “no more Dream” was to tell teenagers at the time to question what their own dreams were, for them to do what THEY want to do regardless of what their parents, teachers or society was telling them their dreams or path to achieve those dreams should be. In the first EP there’s a skit, which is basically a track (not a song) that was made out of recordings from their conversations, they do this in the form of a skit, they are acting as if they’re all in school together and skipping class to talk, RM mentions a Korean hiphop group named Epic High (they were not idols or part of the K-pop industry like BTS was since their debut) this was a group that gave major inspiration to RM and Suga to become rappers. RM mentions that their song “Fly” was what inspired him to make a song, Suga says he went through the exact same experience, then they go around each member to talk abt what they were doing during the time “Fly” by Epic High was released, what did they dream of (before BTS). I think it would help your understanding of BTS more to have someone with you who has been here for a while to help answer your questions and explain the timelines a bit better bc sometimes you guys get confused, which is understandable, there’s a lot of information to digest

So good that you're watching this docu, I'm excited for the next episodes and what'll be showed. It's best to listen to BTS directly. It's actually so cool that you're taking the time to dive into this, so thank you.
I think you're entering a phase where you're realizing the company also has company interests. Which is true, because it's still a company that has to carry staffs and projects and all kinds of capital. BTS' company in particular solely existed for and because of BTS for a very long time. From 2013 until 2019, they were the ONLY artist and income stream in the company. Which is out of the ordinary, because that's so risky. Even now the company's revenue is for 70% generated by BTS. (Interesting: the BTS boys now hold official shares and voting rights in the company, as only artists to do so)
So that pressure of having to carry the entire company was definitely on the BTS boys shoulders. On the other hand, if you listen to their words... they never once indicate it's the company controlling them. Jimin even says the company offered them a 6 months break, but that BTS boys turned it down because it did not seem right since their carreer was finally going good. People had expectations for them, so much of pressure came mostly from outside (country, media, industry and public).
The pressure and expectations in Korea, and maybe Asian society as an whole, are just much higher. Any misstep or embarrasment is just unacceptable. Especially for someone that represents Asians as an whole in the global music industry. I find it hard to place myself in BTS' feet, because I'd gladly have accepted that 6 months break in a heartbeat. But working hard, to the point of becoming mentally or physically ill, is almost a given to most Koreans. If you're not putting in 16 hours a day, you'll be scolded by any parent or any auntie or even by yourself.
I'm not saying this to glorify that work ethic. Because I'm a priviliged European that does not live to work, but rather works to live. I just don't care about making carreer, I just want to make money to get by and live my life.
I want to quote an interview from RM with an important European art magazine, about the work ethic in Kpop (I'd link it, but youtube blocks any links in comments).
    🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
This worship of youth, of perfection, of overstraining in Kpop... Are these Korean cultural traits?
People in the West just don't get it. Korea is a country that has been invaded, devastated, torn in two. Just seventy years ago there was nothing. We were getting help from the IMF and UN. But now, the whole world is looking at Korea. How is that possible, how did that happen? Because people are working fxcking hard to improve themselves. You are in France or the UK, countries that have been colonizing others for centuries, and you come with "Oh God, you put so much pressure on yourselves, life in Korea is so stressful!" Well, yes. That's how you get things done.
    🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
It's probably one of my favourite answers RM has given. It's clearly a difficult question that tries to put him and his culture down. Rather he comes out with "LISTEN COLONIZER". He's amazing for having the guts to say that to a white man's face. I love it.

Jimin said himself in their interview on "You Quiz on the Block", he wasn't recruited at first for BTS because he joined BigHit only 6 months before BTS's debut, but since he feared to not debut he asked to join JungKook and V's vocal lessons to watch and practice what he learned late at night.. At the time, his training was focusing on his dancing skills because he needed to adapt his dancing style.. And since he worked really hard, the members and some staff supported him to debut with BTS instead of waiting the next group... Thats why his training period was incomplete.. And yes BigHit did have only one vocal coach and couldn't afford more individual training programs because the year Jimin was recruited, they had a lot financial troubles due to their previous artists and went almost bankrupt.

Also, there’s a thing called sasaeng fans it’s like overly obsessed fans they would do anything for attention. We do not claim those people. Those people obviously have something wrong with them. They other people that are coming at you and at BTS for doing anything wrong. We love BTS and whatever they decide to do with their lives, they can do it because what is their lives. Every K-pop fandom has them not just BTS like for example, to keep up idols that are not from BTS started dating, and the fans didn’t like that fan poured soy sauce mixed with hot sauce, in the idols I blind her

What.. I didn't think I would respond but bite your tongue! SUGA is one of the main producers..and produces for other artists. He's a freaking genius for real. He also has one of the most interesting personalities in the group. No, the group cannot and will not go on without SUGA. Yeah, you need to put some time into getting to know Yoongi.

Not one BTS member is more important then the others. But RM and Suga were thebmain Writers and Suga was a main producer for BTS later Jhope began writing. Jhope learned rap from RM and Suga. So no BTS couldnt be BTS without Suga nor woukd they ever be. Jimin was contemporary dancer but he also went to school for hip hop so he can dance to as JK but JHope is the Lead dancer and helps the group out. Jimin was cut almost 8 times but its the memebers that expressed their wanting him to keeping him and Suga was a strong vocal for him to be there and they talk about that on Sugas talk show Suchwita with Jimin as a guess. The main writers of BTS were the 3 rappers but now all write. When you watch more shows on BTS behind the scenes their shows you see Suga in a way different light. And wait til you see his solo work. Nobody in the group brings out the feels like Suga. Suga had rhe hardest life then all of them coming from being poor to his parents not allowing him to do music taking his lyric writings and burning them in front of him. He did it behimd their back. They do support him now however. Suga sufers from OCD and Depression and social anxiety. But he is so so much better no. His solo songs sing alot about his pain. I think you will enjoy suga when you get to know him. Every part of BTS has an important roll so they are all needed. I suggest you watch Taylors guide to bangtan 7. Its all about BTS. OH and finally BTS and Army are the closes then any fandom ever. Hater ganna hate but ARMY will back them up. ARMY and BTS are 1. And you will here it ALOT from BTS. ANOTHER series to watch is the rise of Bangtan 22 episodes with deleted scenes you learn alot of them and behind the scenes as well. Fantastic series. Ch.13 Is my fav episode. But loved them all thanks for reacting its my 1st time seeing you guys

I don't know what kind of hate you guys are getting. I tend to stay away from the comment section because there's always some ridiculousness going on, so I get the comments you make about ARMY, but please just be a bit more mindful of the things you say. We are ALL ARMY after all, and it can be a little hurtful when it sounds like you hate ARMY because then ... why am I here if I'm part of this fan group you hate? You know? I hear you when you say that it's not all ARMY, but you still bring up negativity in connection with ARMY pretty often. Must be tough, but please try to ignore the idiots and the assholes and have a good time with the rest of us.

Please react to some suga content, some tracks I suggest are daechwita and haegeum. For more heartfelt and in depth tracks I suggest so far away, armygdala, and the last! Suga is the main producer of bts and is behind many of the groups hits songs, I would love for you to react to more of the rapline! ❤

I just think you guys jumped into this docuseries too soon.
You should watch their previous content learn their discography and you will understand their job, each member and how they developed. Maybe read their book 1st to get to know how they became BTS.
I have never seen anyone who has watched BTS work, point out a member and say he shouldn't be there... you don't know Yoongi like that.
Why jump to conclusions? That's what I had an issue with in this reaction.
