Simmons, Grif, and Donut are all ones people generally agree on, namely since Simmons is a cyborg, his original biologicla parts were used to replace Grif's, who is fat, and Donut has the burn scar from Tex's sticky nade. And Tucker is black, and Caboose is generally drawn as bigger because he could either flip Sheila or the warthog. Sarge seems perfect for being a veteran soldier and a "huckleberry" as Church once called him, and Wash is generally agreed upon being blonde.
