Tay, give Wyhatt a leg up, design into the cad score marks for alignment, saves manual marking and reduces errors. You can use scoring for bend lines etc. Think of multiple builds you CAD once but measure and chalk every time.
I like the redesign and think it’s a killer pit. And that was a nice cease and desist letter…..lawyers could have been mean I guess but weren’t really. Keep creating man. And clowning!
Love the design, great job by Wyatt. One design idea, add a cove (radius inward) to reduce the visuals /weight of the rectangle without wood and obscure it when it is filled with wood. The feet are my favorite part. Are these left raw or do you powder coat them? Kudos
Very nice job guys as always. Can't wait to see more videos soon guys. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Forge On. Fab On. Weld On. Keep making. God Bless.
Tay, can we get a quick walk around of your work rigs for a video? Iove that flatbed rig you have, but curious on the forklift and ect. P.s. Spokane, Washington born and raised..
Accolades all around. Maybe you're aware of this design technique, but, I would suggest incorporating Tabs and corresponding Slots in the mating parts as self locating features, in order to streamline or eliminate the repetitive hand layout for future builds. Maybe there's a reason that you didn't do that though...
Wyatt is correct If you have 10 things out and you put it down in 10 different places the shop starts to look very cluttered and small. Extremely hard to work this way when you're always moving somebody else's stuff because they didn't bother to put it away. Not pointing fingers this happens everywhere It's just easier to set it down and move on than they take the time to put it away. Just put it away. This is my organized rant about organization Sorry but it really needs to be done If you're always looking for something you're not working.
If you like pushing design boundaries in metal have a look at the works of Albert Paley. His metalworking studio skills and designs will blow you away!
May not be up to them unfortunately. It’s my understanding that if you have a trademark, you have to make a good faith effort to protect that trademark or you can lose it. They may not actually care, but In order to not be at risk, they have to send these letters out to anyone that uses the name without authorization.
Sorry, I completely missed the point of time-lapsing Wyatt’s build and then watching the live cutting on the plasma machine. I enjoy watching your fabrications, I not a fan time-lapse….old school….

I keep seeing what looks like a magnet that you use to hold small parts that you grind. I wonder if you can give me a link or source for this piece

Really enjoy your channel, Tay!
Nice 👍
Great video as usual! What’s the name of the song around 8:30 in the video?
So nice that companies dont want any free ads for their products.
Sounds like they probably dont want to sell more products😂
