Hey I’m going to ocean lakes tomorrow what would you recommend throwing

Shoot I’m gonna be there too. I might see you. But I have no clue what them fish are doing right now. If I was to guess they are probably starting to feed up. There’s a lot of factors that come into play. Start with a moving bait and then adjust from there.

Which ponds were you at in ocean lakes?

The first one as you enter at the entrance. There’s two on each side of the street, I fished the one on the right side if you’re coming in.

What lure would u recommend? I’m going and don’t know what to throw

Right now, I would start with a white chatterbait or spinnerbait if it’s cloudy. If they are not in the mood to chase, try a wacky rig senko or t-rig craw. When all else fails, I always go big or go home with a big 12 worm lol.

@@jayden0759 no problem. It’s tough to predict what they are doing at a new body of water or one that you don’t fish often. If all else fails like I said, go big or go small with a dropshot.
