So I was feeling down and depressed for a while and I decided to binge watch your videos every morning this week and it has been so helpful. I go outside for hours and disconnect from my phone now. I do more throughout the day to feel more productive. I am becoming creative again. These videos truly help, keep up the amazing work.

I needed this! Just to see how nature & what being a free spirit is all about really opened up my eyes. I usually like to do yoga or meditate. I also enjoy taking my dog on walks in my neighborhood to enjoy the fresh air and just enjoy nature as a whole. I just love being free & independent, knowing I can do things for myself. 🌞
