I agree those three would be the true trifecta. I cannot believe that game (X-Men vs. Street Fighter) hasn't made it outside the arcade in the last 20-plus years. Ironically the last time I saw it it was being sold out of bowling alley.

I'm not sure how they'd pull off MVC2. Custom rom from Capcom maybe. They can't just slap mame on it. NullDC is still glitchy. Demul is possible.

To be fair, insurance is a scam. Even for the healthiest person in the world, it's at least 300 (or 1 arcade cabinet) a month and if you need healthcare you will be responsible for the first 10k. Might as well just pay as you need it, provided you save it and don't spend it on arcade1ups.

The X-Men beat 'em up is made by KONAMI... therefore it wouldn't make sense mixing it up with a CAPCOM product, right? :)

Here's where life gets really freaking cool. So, truth is, I want this for me. BUT I am a proud parent, and I want my son to have to the coolest toy in the neighborhood. If I get this for his birthday, I still get to play, I get to be an awesome dad, AND bottom line, my boy has an ARCADE in his room that I only dreamed of owning as a kid. It's a great time to be alive.
Plus basic easy modifications and you can put pretty much any game in there. Think soul calibur or marvel vs capcom 2

Still got my Sega Saturn with this game on it! Good days back in the 90s. I saw this cabinet and week back and they were gone. Hopefully they will bring one back

Marvel Super Heroes was the very game that helped me to get better in fighters. The cabinet I played on was like a special edition Q Sound cabinet. Easily was the best sounding game in the whole arcade because of it. I don't own a 1Up cabinet, and even though I already have this game, this is definitely the one cabinet I really want because of nostalgia reasons.
1up needs to do a House of the dead light gun Arcade
CLONE0AZUL9 light guns would be both hella expensive and wouldn’t work without a CRT usually. Very difficult to pull off unfortunately

@@letstacobout The guy doesn't know anything about arcade sticks and buttons. His review said the SF2 machine had good sticks and buttons which is complete garbage. The stock stick and buttons on the SF2 machines are absolute trash. Even the ones that come on the Marvel ones are trash but certainly better than the SF2 ones. I can't really trust what he says about anything. These machines are pretty much dirty cheap to produce because the parts they use for it are all garbage. You're pretty much paying money for the art on the side.

Great video RGT 85. The Marvel Arcade 1Up Cabinet looks very cool and 3 excellent games aswell. You can't beat the old school Side Scrolling Beat em Ups and the Punisher is right up there with the best.
The Punisher being in this is huge.

i am with you on this one. X-men Children of the Atom is my favorite arcade game of all time (and its not even close). when i was a kid i worked with a friend of the family in a convenience store for fun during the summers, and i played there everyday, all day lol.
These are single game raspberry Pi 's in a painted cabinet. Better off getting a Pandora HDMi 2200 game unit for only $150 ! Same joystick quality. Hook it up to your big screen - ENJOY !
How can people buy these Arcade 1UP at $399 with just 4 games, and some of these cabinets have the same games?!! There are Pandora Box Arcade bartop cabinets that have 1500-2000 games in them for a price of $350. It makes NO SENSE to me to waste money and buy these cabinets!!!!🙄

Great review. I preordered the special edition online and definitely looking forward to it. Just picked up the Street Fighter Head to Head cabinet and all I can say is WOW!!! It has 12 games on it and I am very happy with my purchase. Looks stunning.🤗

The processor is too fast to do it So those cabinets can not do it at all And Microsoft has the rights now to killer instinct
@@sammorgan169 Man, I hope not. I wouldn't think Smash TV would be hard to replicate. I'm waiting on them to do a racing cabinet. Some might be difficult, like Hydrothunder, but I think they will come up with something eventually.

As someone who has a partially restored Street Fighter II cabinet I can say the full size is too big and heavy. It’s stuck in my garage cuz my game room is upstairs and it ain’t going up.
It annoys me that you don’t have risers..... lol
They look way better without risers... The risers make them look completely not proportional due to the fact there not full size.

Looks like you’re a hardcore video gamer. Would you be able to comment about the responsiveness of the joysticks? The professional games use Cherry micro switches. Do these 1Ups use Cherry micro switches?
i want them its so hard to spend the money when you can play this on cheaper stuff and get more bang but the arcade takes me back

I bought the original marvel super heroe's arcade from a guy who owned a camp ground for $200 a few years ago. It's an awesome arcade game.
You've put 4 of these together and you still need the instructors.
Make a Marvel Vs. Capcom 1 or 2 cabinet and I will put down the cash.

Sitting down to play is a lot more ergonomic than standing up. All the Japanese arcades are sit downs. American cabs are designed with no ergonomics in mind. They got that awful slant to them where after playing 2 rounds, your wrists starts hurting.
These are nothing more than toys and they’re pretty bad when compared to a real arcade cabinet.
After going to some arcades in Japan, I am starting to lean towards sitting as well. It's just more comfortable. I mean do you stand up when your playing your Xbox or PC? Trust me I get the nostalgia but luckily with these machines you can do both since their small and can be easily boosted.

A 4 way restrictor and ball tops have been the standard for fight sticks for the last 15yrs... They feel weird at first if all ur experience has been on the old school happ bat tops and 8way restrictors but if u stay with it there actually alot better
You guys keep talking about buying old arcade machines and restoring them as if they're much cheaper than the arcade1up game cabinets, but all I ever see for arcade games are $1,000+. So, where do I find the cheaper arcade cabinets that are less than the $299 or $399 that arcade1up provides?

The octagonal or square restrictator plate can be purchased on eBay for like a dollar but most pro street fighter players use the square one.
The joys sticks are - Sanwa joysticks and buttons higher quality on the special edition

Marvel Superheroes was my first arcade cabinet. It's brutally hard though. It took me forever to get comfortable. I actually just beat Thanos with Spider Man today and man, I flipped out.

I have the Rampage machine, I asked for a replacement board because of the Gauntlet problem. It has been 22days and no replacement board. Customer service for Arcade 1up is crap.

I love this cabinet. I was very pumped to also to see children of the atom on it. However that game is ungodly difficult and I can’t seem to get past the first guy whenever I play it. I can however play through the entirety of marvel superheroes and beat it. I’ve heard that is actually an issue with the game and because of the difficulty Capcom lowered the difficulty in Marvel superheroes.
I would say the best thing to do is buy one full size arcade machine one decent to powerful PC and create a M.A.M.E arcade cabinet. That makes the most sense to me but these 1ups are cool though.
