I find it helpful to snack on small portions of raisins and nuts when I’m hungry. Also, “Larabar” is a healthy choice because of natural ingredients. Yes, I’m not a big fan of protein shakes, powders etc., They are too harsh on the stomach.

I learned to use mindfulness for my diet control. That meditation book called 30 Days to Stop Overeating by Harper Daniels was helpful for me.

It’s easy for you to get your protein portion being a non vegetarian. Protein powder (controlled portion) is indispensable for vegetarians who got hardly any alternate choices

Excellent discussion! In nutshell 7 years ago I lost appa When I returned home to the U.K., I was grieving and eating abs put on lot of weight . I needed change , one day driving past , saw Zumba class . Didnt know nothing, I could dance as I’m classically trained .i went for classes 4 days week, with eating healthy I lost 12 kgs in 6 months . My husband is big on fitness, he helped me too but you have to maintain check constantly. I have up sugar , all aerated drinks , few other things . It’s hard work but end of day worth it !
Yeah....attitude needs a change....felt her rude as well...and that loads and loads and loads of snacks....never ! Never ! Never 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️
