Very honest assessment from DL. They didn't get cut open, it was death by 21 second half cuts. I've never seen an exhibition of point scoring like it. Phenomenal, Limerick save their best till last , again 👏
Truly ive never seen a team like limerick.
They obliterated kilkenny who were 6 points ahead in the first half.
And they ran out 9 point winners!
Seriously scary how they just flicked a switch, and the scoring in the last 20 mins was insane.
They are the greatest hurling team of all time.

Congratulations, boys , I'm feeling heartsick , but we were overwhelmed by your power hurling in the second half. I'm just disappointed that we were destined to be your two in a row victims. It couldn't happen to a better bunch . Mick Mackey in an interview once said , " We always enjoyed the ould jousts against Kilkenny, " My dear departed uncles said to me several times " Mackey was the greatest of them all " . Its like Mohamed alis ropa dope style approach to the game let ur opposition burn themselves out and then they go for the juggler super team scoring for fun in end

The Kilkenny management team didn't help their players enough. Too focused on trying to stop Limerick play, they forgot about putting the ball over the bar. Then blaming some of the referee decisions really shows this management team has a lot to learn. Those Kilkenny players deserve better because they don't deserve to lose by that margin in any game.
It’s a professional team against the rest who are amateurs very difficult to compete with them unless you go professional like limerick but it’s just very unfortunate that no other country board can afford to do it
