Frank Frazetta is one of the greatest artists. I'm glad to hear that his legacy carries on through his art and his progeny. Great interview, very inspiring.
So many people don't realize but Frazetta's art pervades every part of fantasy art today, in games, digital art, comics, and everything else. His work will truly go on forever.
Legendary interview! This is great to know that the legacy continues, but also that Sara is also doing her own thing aside from paying homage. Looking forward to where frazetta girls go next!
But will she own its quality or will she sell it so we the public can own it? Then I can have my own copy to enjoy on my own. I enjoy art that stand on its own to legs.
Frank inspired me as an artist so much, but Sara is such and amazing lady. I could not respect, admire and love her any more. She's a celebrity in my eyes and I feel honored to have met and talked with her. Thanks for the interview.
Grew up in Eastburg and have known about your grandpa and appreciated his work from an early age. I have great memories of getting the shit scared out of me at the costume shop around Halloween haha. He definitely deserves more recognition from the general public. Good luck with Frazetta Girls!
i can relate with her, My grandfather has made made a great impact on me. i remember walking into hes flat the smell of Oil paint, the floor was covered in colors, hes rooms was full of work, and unfinished finished paintings, He was a true artist, I rember looking at franzetta´s work in magazines. there was no internet back then , and i had no money bying the very expensive magazones, it so what i did i spent hours in that bookstore, Looking at hes work, i think Franzettas work has inspired me, today i word as a freelance enviourment for games. Another artist is Boris, and also a frensh artist "Sagur" ( ashes of time)
When you get in contact with her again please let her know that there is another avenue out there to get her grandfathers work known and respected and thats the 3d printing world. She can hire a 3d modeler (artist) to make stl of frazetta,s figures and paintings for all of us who 3d print and paint . She could sell the stl,s on cg trader, cults 3d, gambody , and my mini factory as well as other 3d sites i would buy them in a heart beat. When i was in high school i bought the first 3 books they were a inspiration to me and my own art work. I would buy print and paint a frazetta file if it were available. Im so glad to a frazetta out there keeping the creative flames burning . Happy creating..............
Honestly the one thing i'd love to do the most is paint a display level piece based on Frazettas work, but there's no readily available/decent looking models out there. I'm sure there are plenty of other miniature painters who share the same sentiment.
Thats what im trying to say someone should hire a 3d artist and give them frazettas first 3 books and let them go wild . I would buy , print and paint them all . Someone has to get a digital 3d artist involved with the frazetta family approval to get this off the ground . Happy creating ........
She’s doing an excellent job promoting her grandfather’s work. Loved this interview.
Sara is so charismatic, beautiful and smart.
She's AMAZING! one of my favorite people to talk to.

Sara's own art is rapidly evolving on its own! So, we have another Frazetta on the rise!!

His EC stuff will always be my favorite especially his collaborations with Al Williamson
I agree!
Love this chick. Really exudes her family's coolness.

I love hearing people's stories about Frazetta. Thanks for sharing.
i'd totally be doing the same if i was franks grandaughter, and so excited about the comics endeavours!
Wow. A new generation of Frazetta is arising.
Keep it up, brother! You're out there in the trenches doing the Lord's work!

She is the best person to be in charge of keeping the Frazetta name alive!
Just do your thing Sara, whatever that may be. Do whatever art you want to do. Don't listen to the naysayers.
I’d be honored to have her help me with my comic it’s in the old EC style
She's the best!
@@TheComicLounge I’m not sure she’s even be interested
You gotta interview me one day!
At least your didn't do what friendly did in his interview. Constantly tell her she's beautiful.
