The area of Southeast Asia that included Viet Nam and Thailand was called The Golden Triangle because of the drugs that were trafficked. Hence some would say that was the reason for the war. I was reading this book about how the British gave rice, tobacco and tea to the Australian indigenous that made them reliant and addicted. Women would exploit themselves for these commodities and then children are born half breeds then children taken away and mixed into the European society, eventually mixing to the point where they don't look indigenous and don't know who they are. Mixing blood also allows the invaders to lay claims to the land but the invaders will never have the most blood rites. It's crazy the warfare that they do

The 13th amendment simply says that one can be subjected to involuntary servitude, only from due process of law. It applies across the board to all people, effectively rendering illegal, servitude/slavery for any other reason.
Concerning amendment, 13 and putting Black people back in slavery, as you may recall, a slave, was fed sub standard food. They were house, and they made money for their masters, prison gives you substandard food and house you and they may pay you a few pennies when thay should pay you hundred thousand for your 30:02 free labor.
