New Development-Meridian One N. London- Would You Live Here?

Welcome back to my channel and I hope that you are all safe and well. In today's video, I will take you to a new development in North London. These days, there are several large housing and community projects happening simultaneously across the city. This is no doubt fueled by the concern that there is a shortage of houses (especially affordable ones), so every space imaginable (apart from protected Green Belt land), seems to either have a new development or is earmarked for development.
This video will explore one such housing development. It makes very bold claims and the project is well underway, but in my view, constructions seemed to have slowed in recent months (I read that this was due to funding issues).
The construction site itself was closed for the Xmas & New Years holiday, but as I post this video, it has now been re-opened. I will do a follow up video in the near future, to see if the developers will take me on site and allow me to view one of the completed apartments.
