    Nice board. Good chain. Great tones. Some similarities to my rig here actually. Like how you are incorporating the MS CDR

    The CDR is a great little pedal. Even for some of the reverbs alone is damn worth it. All it misses uis an Expression in and an external controller. If Zoom came up with a version 2 of the CDR I'd buy it in a hertbeat.
    I see you have the American Sound as well. Another great inexpensive pedal. I'm not using it now because I got the Mustang III v2. But even with it, it can make some good sounds. that pedal loves dirt pedals too.

      David Yes, that is what i have been saying all this time - considering only the delays in this pedal, one would be hard pressed to find a pedal that has tap tempo & time subdivision functionality in this price point, let alone being able to stack delays in a single preset. Add decent sounding reverbs and choruses, and tremolo to the mix... Just, wow. I am just a huge fan of this pedal, does so much, and so well, you cant beat it for the price.
      Yes, EXP IN would be nice, but that is what the G3 and G3X are for, unfortunatelly. :)
      American sound is a total win, AFAIC.

      Oh man, Totally agree. Those 2 are winners.And the American Sound is damn tough. I had an EHX Deluxe Big Muff Pi that crapped on me after 2 months of sporadic use. Have the Joyo for over a year and it's still kicking.
      I'm on a hunt for small budget [inexpensive] pedals and so far I've got some rather good ones for pennies Mooer Rumble Drive, Hustle Drive, Ana Echo, Joyo Dynamic Compressor - another great clone too] even some older good ones 2nd hand [Dod FX20B Stereo Phasor - that one is THICK. putting it in the end of the chain after the reverb you get a huge pad a la J.M. Jarre; a pristine Ibanez FL99 Dual Analog Flanger - got very lucky with that one, a dude was selling it for 40s Euro without any idea of what he was holdin tog, and a serviceable Seymour Duncan Tweek Fuzz]. For now am waiting for the Tender Octave Pro and the Ocean Machine to hit the market and see if I can get those for half their price.

    Nice Board ! Have you ran into any issues with using ms-70cdr on your pedalboard ? I only want to use the reverb,delay,modulation etc. no amps,drives or distortions.Would adding this stomp to my pedalboard effect my other pedal tones in a negative way or causes any hum because lack of true bypass ? I have no idea about this matter i would be glad if you could answer some of my concerns. Thankss
    (I'LL UPDATE THE COMMENT IF I BUY AND USE ONE FOR OTHERS LIKE ME)

    • @nenadkarisic7726
      @nenadkarisic7726  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I haven't run into any issues whatsoever. But, there is an inherent tone change because of the AD/DA conversion that happens with digital gear. But my guess is that it's not noticeable, or, it's not any more significant compared to having lots of true bypass and buffered pedals in a long signal chain. But, no obvious hum, no buzz from this pedal or anything of that nature, to answer your question.
      Some effects are better than others, but, it's totally worth the money overall. Or, you could wait a bit longer for the release of the updated version (MS-CDR70+).

      @@TheBerkayBUHLAR you're welcome. For what it's wort, this is the one pedal I'll never sell. I've changed multiple board versions since posting this video, and currently it sits on my smaller board (B-rig, let's say) and it's still as useful as ever.

    Very nice, thanks for sharing! I don't see the American Sound in your description list, is it bypassed?

    • @nenadkarisic7726
      @nenadkarisic7726  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for commenting, I'm glad you liked it. I didn't list it by mistake, the American Sound is active and last in the chain (before the DI), and it is the basis for the tone, as it provides the clean platform everything else is added on. I will update the description. ;)

      There are some guys who are making USB to midi footswitches for the Zoom, these are only a couple of examples:

    Hi does the ms70cdr act as a noisegate gate for an overdrive pedal connected to it?? also will I be able to use the delay effects on and off without ,interrupting the noisegate

    • @nenadkarisic7726
      @nenadkarisic7726  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just checked - it has the noisegate effect in it, but to be honest I've never used it.
      I just fired it up, just to try how many effects it can,handle in a single preset besides the Noise gate - I added Corona chorus, Stereo graphic EQ, Tape Echo, Dual digital Delay, HD Reverb, and the DSP is not flooded (that's 6 effects in totaln, and that is the max). To be honest, you can't put ANY 6 effects, because some are more dsp demanding than others, but i've just put together a patch like mentioned, and i handles it well.

    • @nenadkarisic7726
      @nenadkarisic7726  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      And, just to be clear, I didn't play through the preset i described because it's 5am, my neighbours would hang me. :) I just wanted to check out how many effects you,cpuld add besides the noisegate.

    • @ILLRICARDO

      +Nenad Karisic thank you so much for the reply !!! I am just so tempted to get this pedal , instead of the individual delay, noise. N chorus pedals

    • @nenadkarisic7726
      @nenadkarisic7726  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are welcome. ;) I don't know if the noise gate works well, since i have never used it, but i can really say that the choruses and the delays are the best part of this pedal, so, as far as i am concerned, i highly recommend it. It is worth the money for the delays alone - there is no delay with tap tempo and subdivisions functionality in that price range. And when you add the possibility of stacking multiple delays in series... totally worth it.

    hey man, hows the sound of the dark matter pedal?

    • @nenadkarisic7726
      @nenadkarisic7726  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I like it very much, to be honest. Just when i finished this demo i realised i haven't turned it on at all, which was a shame. Anyway, it stacks really well with ODs in front of it, and it has enough gain for my needs and i think it really sits well in a band mix (i play mostly covers, hits from various genres).
