Love the simple advice on this one. I am practicing at the local open mics and free festivals. I shot a band last night that just released their first album and they were thrilled with the pictures. Your tips really helped. It's fun to bring joy to people! By the way the audio was fine for me, I am here to learn from your photography experience, not to watch/listen to the perfect technically produced youtube video.

Thanks @hanumanguy! I'm not a professional TH-cam creator with any kind of real video production skills LOL! We wing that part around here. Free or low cost festivals are great! The public shows save tons of money and are a lot of fun. Most of the time it is the same artist you see at the clubs just minus the food and alcohol. The city taxes pay for entertainment for the citizens so make the most of it. A lot of smaller bands can really use the help. Helps them grow and saves them needed funds. Some rely on merch sales. In some cases if you got a really great small artist photo it does more good than if you got a really bad famous person's shot. Thanks again and I am glad you liked the video! -R

Sorry... dude ... learn to compress your audio. Seriously.... when your video started, I had to crank my volume just to hear you speak, then as I sit back to listen to your jewels of knowledge, at :49 BAM... your intro music starts blaring WAY above the level of your previous speaking. For the love of God, I don't understand these YT creators that apparently don't watch and listen to their own content before they upload.... 9 views.. go figure.

Jack thanks for the reply! I watch my videos at least 3 times before posting. We have changed mic's, adjusted the camera and made some other changes. The videos sound sometimes come out great and we have no issues. Other times like this video it sounded perfect when playing back before posting but after posting it changed. I am going to make the switch to better software and see what happens. I am frustrated also with the quality of the sound. -R
