The fact is that for play an entire league they should have also to training a bit for prevent injurys so a game a week + training sessions during the week + their daily jobs become a bit hard at that age, also a lot of them visibly enjoying life with food (which they deserve to enjoy after an entire carreer of fitness) so is even more difficult to put up a entire league with only them, but of course it would be a great idea if only would be possible

I think people forget how many teams , players , countries, fans, people who just love the game were robbed by wrong or corrupt referee decisions. I prefer VAR to be wrong once in a while than to see world cup competitions like 2002 edition.
