It was fix 8 hours ago on a patch and the latest patch brings the stuttering and fps drops back

The frame drops and stutters you experience is due to the game itself. As of replying you this, the latest patch has fixed those issues
actually it was little bit smooth with tweaks engine conf from reddit, but after lastest update, it become stuttering waves even with 4070 😂
time to time they release hotfixes and patches that either fix or makes things worse
Is Rtx 3060 i5 12400f good enough?😊

So save power, go with all ultra, motion blur off and dlss set to quality
