One of my favorite new construction house tours has to be this Aspen model floor plan by Infinity Custom Homes. This home tour showcases an amazing primary suite and bathroom, laundry room, 5 total beds, 5.5 bathrooms, 4 car garage, open concept kitchen and living area, home office, complete bar in the finished basement and 2 levels of outdoor living. Thanks to Infinity Custom Homes of Pittsburgh for letting us view this gorgeous model home. This model is in the Mars School District of Mars, Pennsylvania. Mars is approximately 3-45 minutes north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in Butler County.

I’ve seen walk throughs of all the models… Aspen, Austin, The Carolinian…. I appreciate your walk through the most! You opened every nook and cranny! This model isn’t my favorite but the builders are terrific!

I don’t get the shower room. The window will fog all the time. Those shower heads are very close to the glass door. You will get soap and water all over the glass. The knob is in the middle of the shelf which limits your space

I get what you are saying. The knobs are in the center of the niche, which definitely takes up space. if you are referring to the shower heads with the hoses being too close to the glass, I would assume that you wouldn't be using those where they are mounted. Some, if not all, of these issues can be addressed at the design stage as well. I appreciate your comments and attention to detail! Thanks for watching!

I could see using the Great Room as something different, second office or a library of some sort, etc.

In a 6000' house you need one big room at least 44' x 32

I built custom houses in silicon valley for 55 years. About the biggest was 4000 I have noticed that many of these plans are mixied up. What you need in a multi million dollar home is a dramatic entry inside and out. You also need to build 2 story with the second story not over the first floor. so you can do what ever with the ceilings I bought a lot in silicon valley in1971 for 7500 3 acres and built a 3000' house for 20 dollars a ft.. Right now houses in SV cost about 700 and up per sq ft I can picture a floor plan in my mind
