Dorian and Levrone in 1992, both hit a level of conditioning that hasn’t been matched since. Levrone at the 92 NOC was at his absolute best. His midsection was unbeatable before or since by anyone over 220lbs.

Levrone in 92 is my favorite physique of all time. Perfect balance of size, symmetry and proportion. It was before he played the mass game and his legs were the best in his career and a strong point, he had striated and sweeping quads which he lost as he got bigger.
His posing at the 92 Olympia was jaw dropping, the amount of detail he had everywhere, I've never seen a hamstring more shredded. I honestly believe that Olympia decision where they awarded Dorian is what shifted all of bodybuilding into the mass over aesthetics era.
That front lat spread was legendary

The best mr Olympia all time
I have been lean like that once, obviously nowhere near as big as that but I went on a survival hiking trip really pushing myself, going up and down steep hills and through swampy terrain for days. The last 2 days hiking out of there I was basically out of food and when I finally got back home and stood in front of the mirror I looked like one of those anatomy pictures of a human without the skin. When I ate I almost immediately felt the fat flowing through my system it felt so good.
I think this is the closest to simulating primitive living. Good you came back safely! 👍🏻

I had a similar experience. Had 2 music festivals in a row booked, took copious amounts of MDMA and cocaine, danced/walked around for 6/7 days straight. Apple Watch says I averaged around 20k steps day. Came back the leanest I’ve ever been.

I generally diet just to keep my weight down. Once i dieted hard enough to get down to about 14%, and i thought i was going to die. I have no idea where you summon the willpower for this 🙏
This sounds insane to me, peak physical performance is around 8-13%... So why would you feel like you're dying from dropping to 14%?

I am usually 20% and when I diet down to 10%,i feel like crap. Testosterone Gets so low, it's like I am castrated. I get panic attacks, sleep îs shit.

T3 is a commonly used cutting agent among bodybuilders yea.
The best one I have come across and used was Methyldrene. Essentially the same results as ephedra, but less stigma associated with it.
Was working out nearly every day for 2hrs (was the cleaning boy at the gym then, so would usually be after my shift), low carbed (ate every 2-3 hours. Tons of peanut butter), tons of water, and cardio. From 16-17 yo, I went from 250lb 44in waste, to 170lb with 33 inch waste, in less than 9 months (height is 6’ 2”).
No TRT or PEDs were used either then or after, aside from that tbc. Just stuck to the whey protein isolate and amino preworkout)
