BenjerminGaye He's done it before in a comic for the same exact reason, also he was at super speed where everything was still for 30 minutes give or take in flash time and he still was able to move fast not just jog or walk also he doesnt have to do it alone he had jessie and jay garek for like 25 min of the episode all three of them could have done it cause a an nuclear bomb takes 3% the speed of light to detonate which is 5,580 Miles per second or 20,118,498.87 mph so thats how fast they were going standing still now for them to move they'd have to go faster than 3% the speed of light and for them to run as fast as they were even faster than just staying still (at 3% s.o.l) so your trying to tell me that 3 speedsters moving at much faster than 3% the speed of light could not with 2 people per arm empty a city of 750,00 people to star city which is 600 miles away enough to be safe from the fallout to which each speedster would take 22,500 people each making it 11,250 trips the time i mention in the comic he did 500,000 and he was alone.

That girl has been in previous "filler" episodes usually at the end of the program & reg episodes as well. Whether it is or isn't a "filler" is borderline and can go either way. I have that sneaky suspicion that Devoe wanted for Barry to go into the Speed Force but am unsure. It's the Quark Sphere that is driving me crazy at the moment. Next episode should be amazing and a lot of our questions will be answered (hopefully)
