    I am on the waiting list for a Shirley smoker. Is there any noticeable difference between the pig in the smoker and the one being cooked on the Santa Maria grill with the rotisserie. Great set up. Canada is watching.

      David, I have cooked about 7 pigs this year and one of my buddies has been at every cook. 6 were smoked and and this 1 was on the rotisserie. He said this one was the best. I think I might agree with him. The skin was awesome and you really just sliced the meat off the bone since it only went up to about 170 degrees. I really like the Santa Maria setup I have because you can do both with it. I smoked about a 150 pounder on this setup as well.
