It literally felt like they didnt even watch the first three seasons and just went "Oh hey how can we completely throw away all the character development they had before"
what pissed me off about klaus this season is the way everything that happened to him was treated as a quirky funny joke, as if that's not a horrifying position to be in. the moment that creep (dont remember the name even) threatens to put alison to the same treatment, it's scary and serious, totally different tone, but it's fine to laugh as long as it's happening to klaus :)
this season as a whole felt like it was too long and too short simultaneously, leaving me to ask "that's it??". i didn't do a rewatch of the previous seasons beforehand, and it felt like if i did, i would've hated this one even more. like s4 is totally devoid of context apart from a couple of joke references. had to remind my brother who sloane was as we were watching, hey, remember when luther married? yeah the script doesn't so it's not a big deal
and the sparrow ben annoyed me so much, i know he can be very tragic and interesting, he lost his whole family and now is forced to hang out with people imposing as family, but you don't get to explore that because ben leaves immidiately. feels like the show was so close to coming to it and never making it
yep it's 2024 and people are playing off SA and r*ape as a joke if it involves a male victim. They did it with Hughie in The Boys season 4 too, he goes to a party disguised as someone else, ends up tied up in the actual sex dungeon of people he knows will likely harm him if his identity is discovered and so has to go along with their various kinks, when he is discovered he's saved just in time to avoid having an extra hole cut into him for unmentionable reasons. The way the show presents these scenes makes it obvious they expect you to be finding this funny and there's not a single follow up scene acknowledging how traumatising it must have been. If you haven't seen this it really cannot be overstated how extremely drawn out and uncomfortable these scenes are to watch, it's also not just my assumptions that it's played for jokes, the show runner has literally said as much in an interview when someone asked about the horrible things Huhgie went through!
About the Five and Lila thing, the *entire* episode and plot line could be *almost EXACTLY* the same without the romance. They could have gotten lost on the subway and spend 7 years there and develop their PLATONIC relationship. Like, it could have been about how they are bonding as SIBLINGS on their own, and not just because "you're my brother's wife", but "you are my sister on your own, regardless of you relationship to my brother". And when the episode went the way of them getting lost I was *hoping* this was the direction they would go, but I the same time I knew the direction they could take (that they did take) and I was dreading it all the way until it happened. And it angers me so much that they didn't have to go this direction to tell the story they wanted to tell on that episode...
Not exactly the same. It seems like they wanted a "relationship with a human" to be an enticing reward for all his hard work, when otherwise he sacrifices a lot to save the world when no one has any idea. And then, he yet again needs to give that up, only to get punished for trying to be happy (leading to running away to the subway restaurant thing). So a "really good friend who can remain his friend whether or not they stay in the alternate timeline" isn't nearly as enticing. Nor would it make sense to "lose" that just by going back, and getting angry for being the villain for having it at all Granted, they could have used a million other things besides a literal woman to be a prize, and probably should have, but either way it would require a bit more than just minor tweaks to keep the end result the same.
In the first episode I was like "it's going to be so funny! Diego is going to think Lila is cheating on him but it's actually just Five!" And then on the 5th episode I was "Ohhh they got stuck on the subway station! They will bond and Diego will be jealous for a bit but then he'll realize they're sibling-bonding!" .................
Was anyone else confused and weirded out by Viktors introduction in season four. Why do they make him a womanizer that has dated every beautiful woman in to town only to be an ass and ruin every relationship? And then it’s never mentioned again or used as a character trait. I also felt like Elliot was just phoning half his scenes in, like he mentally checked out and only showed up to do the bare minimum. Then they made Luther an ape again for no reason even though he never got the serum. They gave Klaus’ telekinesis to Allison for some reason and just kicked the best character to the side. For some reason Lila has laser eyes, but they’re really not ever useful and she still has her ability to mimic powers. Everything felt rushed and things that I assumed where gonna be set ups because the detail put into the seemingly throwaway scene turned out to be nothing, like Klaus throwing his marigold sake bomb on the waiter.
So many characters and their arcs were absolutely obliterated. I can’t even go back and watch the other seasons because the entire thing is just ruined for me. It’s so upsetting what they did to characters we LOVED.
I was cool with that Intro. Look at all the male role models he grew up with. Every single one of them winds up trying to drown themselves in something whenever they feel alone or like they don't belong. Victor just chose "beds that aren't mine" instead of drugs, the mission, violence, Abigail, robots, jfk for some reason, crypto, etc. The only exception is pogo, but uh... The budget really doesn't like pogo.
I loved germaphobe klaus sm i think it was a really interesting trauma reaction since he just learned how much hes been relying on his now non-existent powers (the ones he made peace with in the 3rd season) While its interesting to have him refuse his powers and being unable ro keep up his standard of safety he definitely fell way too fast and in such an extreme way it just felt like torture porn with no payoff and the fact that they deleted scenes that would have fixed this issue infuriates me to no end.
I can’t even see this as a season. That’s not an exaggeration, Wattpad fanfics of this show would have a better impact on my mental canon of it than this season. It genuinely doesn’t feel real or at all connected. Literally everything feels so different I mentally cant connect it to everything that came before. Genuinely felt like a vague dream I’d have of the show and wake up forgetting.
I'm 100% certain that the script for season 4 was written by the shittiest AI available. That's why it sucks so bad. I don't accept this season as cannon. This show ended after season 3
The live action Mulan caused the exact same scenario. Someone made a channel specifically to shit on it. And... Even had, word for word, the same exact opening to the video (including the sigh)
Five and Lila were great together... AS FRIENDS They could have had the best platonic duo in this season but they just HAD to make it romantic, unbelievable Season 1-3 Five would NEVER betray his siblings like that
I'm not made at Steve, I'm PISSED at Netflix for pulling the same shit that they did with ragnarok and cutting the episode, forcing the creators to cut back on everything they had planned and ruining the ending!
didnt even bothered to finish the season but YOURE TELLING ME NO ONE TOLD HIM THE TRUTH ABOUT BEN? NO ONE? NO ONE TOLD BEN'S CLOSEST FRIEND THE TRUTH. geesus christ steve
It’s even weirder when you watch the interview between Aiden and Arya and she straight up says they told her that they would have a relationship in season 3 and she thought they were joking. She literally says she thinks they had it planned for seasons and weirdly almost all traces of this interview have been scrubbed but LOOK UP THEIR RADIO TIMES INTERVIEW TH-cam WONT LET ME LINK IT WITHOUT DELETING THE COMMENT
It is sooo weird especially as the actor that plays 5 was a child when the series began. I know he was technically an old man the whole time, but it always made more sense to me that he stayed single even besides that element (which is just an anime trope is sheep's clothing like c'mon). I liked that after the apocalypse he was less concerned with romantic companionship and was focused on saving his family. I also personally thought he would never love anyone but Delores as his "glory days" with her were long gone. I wil say, maybe i have romance book brainrot (no, i definitely do) but I saw the chemistry between the actors. I think they did the best with the material and made it feel surprisingly natural depsite my feeling deeply uncomfortable while i was watching it.
Okay paradox psychosis: Why is Five experiencing it when he and Lila go back to the Commission and him entering the bunker to see his older self, to realize he doesn’t have any issues with paradox psychosis, bc older Five made sure EVERY version of Five could be there without going berserk. To then have Five go into the little deli, TO TALK TO HIMSELF SURROUNDED BY HIMSELF, without paradox psychosis???? Another bunker? A fail safe that could save the family? Just throwing out ideas here bc the ending was quite literally underwhelming. Other than that, you nailed it. I agree with everything.
This one can actually be explained. The subway exists "outside of time" in the space in between the timelines. Paradox psychosis happens, when two instances of someone exist in the same time and space. Not a problem here. Otherwise yeah this season was shit, but maybe this will help you be less angry :D
Totally agree with you. The character assassinations really pissed me off. Season 3 wasn't perfect, but I figured, it's the covid season... Cut them some slack. But then we waited more than 2 year's for this? I'm happy for the people who liked season 4, but hearing theories, like Luther's ape body coming back and Lila's laser eye's could be crossover stuff from other timelines? It is not our job to make the ending make sense 😑 I never expected a happily ever after, but Season 4 broke my heart and I hope you make a part 2.
I literally cried after bc I was so upset and still reeling from the Lila and five thing. I binged this entire thing. In the one day I had off. I felt everything at once and, a month later, I am still upset and disgusted. They destroyed every single character. I can’t even watch edits of characters interacting bc I just feel gross.
It was AI! I swear to god it was written by AI! This is really common in the industry now and it’s just going to get worse! The studios are punishing the writers for the strike and slashing budgets left and fucking right, if you can replace a six-twelve person writers room with one or two guys and a generative AI, they’re going to do it! All of the characters feel like flattened parodies of themselves, fine details and arches are forgotten about, the dialogue is soulless and general. It feels like the it was written by someone who had never watched the show because it wasn’t written- it was generated. Fuck Steve Blackman but ultimately we are directing our anger in the wrong place. It’s not human writers faults, we need to demand these companies stop putting profits over human art!
You really think netflix is going to spend millions of dollars on an AI generated script???? No way. Writers have been terrible before AI, this isn't new.
Nah, I tested it myself, AI was able to flesh out more comprehensive story than the horseshit we got. I'm pretty sure the writers did some serious drugs before writing season 4.
Yo, I've never even seen someone mention the bracelet thing, you'd think after so many rant videos would have already heard all there is the rant about 😅
Too real for the "starting a channel simply the season was THAT BAD". Also, enjoyed this one hell of a lot! Completely agree with Five's mistreatment of Dolores in this last season, she deserved so much better. I'm interested to see if you have anything to add about Luther being dumbed down to the point of caricature and the fact NOT ONE PERSON gave Allison shit for consent issues in season 3. Like, I know time skips and cut episodes didn't help in that, but I didn't need the timey-whimey cheating... I needed to see how Luther felt about Allison and her abuse of power, or anyone else acknowledging what she did was fucked up. Like, yes Viktor got to do it a little bit, but I still feel that was extremely glossed over (hey, maybe since she "co-created" this timeline she programmed people into not being mad at her or something... idk, but I felt they were almost too happy to never mention that stuff again despite it being a major both character and plot point for several times).
on the bracelet thing i think it’s supposed to more point out how lila started prioritizing their family and home life over the relationship, while diego didn’t. they’re struggling financially so her exchanging the bracelet for cash and getting something by USEFUL instead makes sense for a struggling mother. but then again i might be giving the writers too much credit considering they forgot luther’s ape body has nothing to do with his powers..
The very second it started, I got bad vibes, then I saw nick offerman. Then the “deal” in the parking lot. I had these gut feelings, multiple times, in each and every episode. But I kept telling my self, it’ll get better. It never did, and after the Lila and five thing. I just kept skipping until I saw the most unsatisfactory end I had ever seen. I cried after. Because it was so bad.
LOL this show made me so angry I felt like making MULTIPLE fanfics to rewrite the entire season. I would have but I live with conservative parents. One day when I get out of this home I will!
I agree so much with you about Klaus's "arc" this season. Reminds me of Alucard in season 3 of Castlevania. Both of these "arcs" add nothing to the characters, and could be completely removed of the season and nothing would have changed. (And the fact that both of them leads to weird scenes evolving sex and rape. With Klaus is supposed to be "funny" and with Alucard is just for shock value) Netflix loves to mess with the fan favorites characters
Thank god I didn’t watch after hector’s weird stuff with carmilla. That’s genuinely so upsetting to hear tho. There were so many things I loved about the show, but moments that just-were going to make me sick and. That’s just really upsetting to hear.
@@girlypopgaythere’s still plenty of other good stuff in Castlevania, it still definitely finished strong, but yeah the solo Alucard stuff is kinda a waste of time compared to most of the other characters’ storylines.
These video rants are literally therapy for me. THANK YOU for making yours ❤ I agree with everything!! Btw, this is really well done, congrats! Can't wait for part 2
You know there’s something that happened in the season that had me like “Why’s no one else talking about this?” I’m talking about when Abigail thanked Luther for watching her on the moon and he just went “oh, ok, no problem”. Like THATS IT?! His whole character was like why was I sent to the moon? Did they just want to get rid of me? Was there really no other purpose for me or for all of this? He finally found the answer to that after 3 seasons and all he says is “ok”. Like he should have been more surprised and wanted to ask a ton of questions about it and him finding closure to this would be the best way to end that arc for him.
This was amazingly well done for your first video. Looking forward to seeing your second. I love the first two seasons and enjoyed the third. I am probably never going to rewatch season four. For me, the very worst choice the writers made was horribly handling the dealing with trauma theme of the first three seasons. Yes, I get that it is a common trope in superhero shows to say that the superheroes are the problem in the first place. “The world is better off if nobody has superpowers.” That trope has been infection since before there were superheroes. But these are abuse survivors who definitely have the intrusive thought “everybody would be happier if I had never been born.” You do not end a story about people suffering from that kind of trauma where the universe says to them. “yes, everybody would be happier if you had never been born.” That is not heroic sacrifice. That is self killing because you can’t deal with the pain anymore.
@@OakandIV just like the marigold, the Durango should have been distributed to 43 women around the world too. So each and every one of em would have their own personal kryptonite. The bennifer thing was quite literally moronic. The sacrifice also made zero sense. Why would Alison sacrifice herself so Claire would forget her when she just got her back? Why did Five not realize 100 year old him was proof there was an alternative? Why did Abigail do whatever the hell she was doing? Why build a character for Luther to have it reduced to a stripper without a second thought about his wife, except for the single comment about the stupid sconces. The more I think about it, the less sense it makes.
I subscribe to the 'S4 didn't happen' idea, as I cannot believe they would do all the characters so dirty. So much build up in previous seasons for nothing, hoping the books do better 😅 Edit: Also, this was your first upload? Very well done 🙌
I feel the writers completely lost the plot, rewatchimg season 1 i remembered what this show was even about, childhood trauma which was at the centre of the show but i feel got lost with the "need" for world building and the sci-fi elements. It just makes the ending of the show even worse because its basically saying "you will never overcome your trauma, it is physically impossible for you to do so and you will make life for those around you worse if you keep on trying to" 😊
Five was my FAVORITE character. What happened in the last season ruined the entire show. Any five edits I see, I just think of him and Lila and I’m disgusted and upset and distressed .
The way Blackman talked about Fivela makes me think he wanted it from their introduction and the budget cuts freed him from having to listen to anyone else.
Just want to say that for your first video this was very well done. Also I can’t agree with you more about how underutilized klaus was and how op he is in the comics
The lila 5 storyline is because someone saw quentin and elliott in the magicians and thought "I can do that, but remove all emotion and meaning from it and it will be better i promise" Their goal was unclear, their leaving not justified, and therefore them getting stuck was unnecessary. The process of becoming closer was glossed over, the difficulty of their time in 'the subway' barely shown, and then their 'relationship' lasted all of a couple of camera shots. It wasn't just bad character assassination and awful storytelling. The shot by shot execution of the story was godawful and rushed. Everything about it from themes and character to shooting, editing and coverage on a technical level was absolutely shite.
Feels like everytime they didn't know what to do with this show they just shoved in a pointless romance subplot that leads nowhere. This happens with Allison with Ray (thats his name iirc), Diego with Lila, and Luther with Sloan. Time Travel was also stupidly too relevant to the story for it being inconsistent with it's own timeline.
Regarding five giving up and not wanting to go back to the family... That's sort of his arc though. He had to have his future self warn him, in no uncertain terms, to not save the world. He LITERALLY sees what happens if he continues fighting to save the world and his family-- a broken man in a tube all by himself, still working and still protecting his family/world, without ANYONE knowing, AGAIN. He even made a passing remark about this, but sort of shook it off to deal with everything else happening. Then he sees Hargrave and Allison saving the world and the family.. By remaking the entire universe. All his work and sacrifice, just so daddy can have his way yet again and bless the Umbrellas with existence in his new world order. His arc that season seemed to aim for "what's the point". I think they bent it slightly to aim for "we keep destroying the world, so what's the point in continuing this cycle", which is a choice. But at least the first question seemed to be where they initially were aiming. So I'm cool with him giving up the present to have a happy life for once... I just wished they actually went with it. Because, he STILL winds up with nothing, no one to remember him, and his last day was spent almost entirely in misery or rage. The dude cannot win
The lila and five thing was also so upsetting for me, because I cannot stand. Pointless, shoe-horned-in romance. I can’t stand straight romance. But this shit. This, boy + girl must equal romance. Makes me sick. It’s so mind-numbingly frustrating, it makes me ill. That was probably why when the show finally FINALLY ended, I cried. It was so bad, I cried.
Also. The whole Ben thing. Like klaus’ Ben. That. Felt really. That was just NEVER touched upon and like. That was an IMPORTANT relationship??? Like. It always felt wrong, and I always expected him to come back…but that never happened.
pls do make more vids yapping about how bad this season was, i can’t adequately express how much they just ruined everything, for no reason, it almost felt spiteful to the audience and the characters but i doubt they care enough even to do that
I had to erase season 4 from my head. I didn’t even like the first season but I gave it another chance the 2nd season. Loved it. 3, well we all know that traumatic shit, but it did good for 6 outta 7 of the siblings. But wtffff was 4😭
I would've loved if Lila and Five's relationship could've been filmed in the light of them possibly seeing each other as kids, and that being one of the reasons they get along despite ecerything. 'Cause Five is _old_, and using common sense you see someone half your age as a kid no matter what. But, Five _looks_ like a kid and is often depicted as acting in a way that seems childish/bratty/silly to the other characters. And as Lila has children of her own, I just don't see her seeing Five as a grown man, let alone a love interest. And same with Five, he had Delores, and I don't think he'd be interested in any other kind of romantic relationship. Nor would he be suitable for one, because he was alone from ages 13 to like 64, and then had to go back to having a child's body and suddenly being in SoCiEtY again. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if he'd gotten stranded at like age 25, but no, he was 13 and already from a messed up household. He had Delores for decades, and other than that he's shown no interest in any type of relationship with pretty much anyone, except for wanting to save his family. Such an asinine decision to write that plotline
I get that Klaus having a relapse might have been what they were shooting for, but they handled it so poorly they ended up making him into a caricature ☹️
LILAH and FIVE??!? Come on, what are we doing?? The “it’s ok that we’re together, they’re actually 3,000 years old, they just look like a teen” but make it a guy 🤮
I honestly liked the ending I just thought it was set up really badly. If you plan to do a bad end you gotta prepare people in some ways and have it be a catharsis super emotional moment and that's not what it was. I was more invested at the end of season 3 when they didn't actually die. But I like the idea in itself. I don't think this season deserves all the hate it's been getting to be honest. But I understand why it happened because it's not been on par with the rest of the show at all and I can see how that's a disappointing season and a disappointing end and for people to be mad about it. I have issues with the Five/Lila thing. But it's in a way where I understand how it can make sense story wise. I've been rewatching the show lately and they always had a certain amount of chemistry in their dynamic. A love-hate but we match each others intellectually thing. Which obviously didn't jump at me before because the actor's a child. The context of the relationship developping makes sense. I just hate that I know damn well they could have made the choice to not do that and avoid how super creepy it is. Just because it could make sense doesn't mean you should do it ya know.
Regardless of how you feel about the cheating aspect of this, the arguments I've been hearing all over the place that 5 somehow doesn't need love because he's 'old' (as if older people had no feelings - a cold and dehumanising idea) or because he cares about the cause (is he a monk now?), or because Dolores should be enough, as if she wasn't the ultimate symbol of his absolute loneliness and desperation to be with someone even in hopeless and desolate circumstances... Nobody in this show needed a girlfriend more than 5, sorry.
season 4 is bad but im fine with it,in a way... what im not fine with is the romance between 5 and lila five murdered her parents yes they are alive in this timeline but in a way this is worse she just watched how her family is one of the most loving and carring family and five took it away from her this what her life couldv e been if five didn t start the organisation, why the fuck is there a romance between these two?????? and by the way five did murder her family twice one by starting the organisation and two doing the job itself this is beyond fucked
I shipped Five and Lila for a while and their romance made me very happy. I got a reason why it needed to happen. Maybe I'll also make my first video to explain it.
Yeah the finale story is garbage. I couldn’t believe the horrible horrible ending storyline.. They could have continued this show too. Oh but I loved 5 and her. An Absolutely great turn. Yes they might hook up after 6 YEARS ALONE TOGETHER. That’s Completely understandable. 🥰 I expected they would to join up later, after getting back but there is no later !! 😩 // I completely disagree with this reviewers rational of Five. Completely !! The scrutiny of Five is too extreme and really off. People might do *all types of life choices after traumatic experiences. 🧐 ????
I didn’t hate the Five/Lila relationship. Five gives Lila the excitement she’s been missing and Lila gives Five the companionship he didn’t have the first time around. But I wanted Lila to accept that parenthood is the greatest adventure and five to choose his siblings. Which they *kinda* did but I wish it was handled better
Okay paradox psychosis: Why is Five experiencing it when he and Lila go back to the Commission and him entering the bunker to see his older self, to realize he doesn’t have any issues with paradox psychosis, bc older Five made sure EVERY version of Five could be there without going berserk.
Imagine hating the season so much that you create a TH-cam channel just to shit on the season and it also being your first video😭
The live action Mulan caused the exact same scenario. Someone made a channel specifically to shit on it.
And... Even had, word for word, the same exact opening to the video (including the sigh)
@@noblesseoblige319 Live action Mulan was somehow still better than this season
Yeah , Xiran Zhao. I like her a lot.

COMPLETELY forgot about Lila's bracelet in season 2. Excellent point.
Five and Lila were great together... AS FRIENDS
They could have had the best platonic duo in this season but they just HAD to make it romantic, unbelievable
Season 1-3 Five would NEVER betray his siblings like that
I'm not made at Steve, I'm PISSED at Netflix for pulling the same shit that they did with ragnarok and cutting the episode, forcing the creators to cut back on everything they had planned and ruining the ending!

When you know the ending you have planned is going to piss people off, you're doing it wrong😂
Also! I know u turned likes off but I hope u can see that I gave you one!👍🏾
@@annazielinska556 The Commission also exist outside of time.
It is not our job to make the ending make sense 😑
I never expected a happily ever after, but Season 4 broke my heart and I hope you make a part 2.
Exactly this!!
Eh it is Steve Blackman cause he is doubling down on his decisions about Five and Lila
We don't know for sure but honestly this season was zo bizarrely off that Ai would actually make sense
1:54 He was actually 13 when he auditioned and 14 when filming 😬
on the bracelet thing i think it’s supposed to more point out how lila started prioritizing their family and home life over the relationship, while diego didn’t. they’re struggling financially so her exchanging the bracelet for cash and getting something by USEFUL instead makes sense for a struggling mother. but then again i might be giving the writers too much credit considering they forgot luther’s ape body has nothing to do with his powers..
You're giving the AI that wrote the script too much credit
when i saw it had only 6 episodes i already knew it wouldnt be great
The very second it started, I got bad vibes, then I saw nick offerman.
Please, do it so!! We need a new finale respecting the siblings development
The fact that Five also techincally met Lila when she was FOUR YEARS OLD cause he was murdering her parents makes the age gap that much weirder too
She gets it so much exactly what I was thinking
This was amazingly well done for your first video. Looking forward to seeing your second.
I love the first two seasons and enjoyed the third. I am probably never going to rewatch season four.
For me, the very worst choice the writers made was horribly handling the dealing with trauma theme of the first three seasons. Yes, I get that it is a common trope in superhero shows to say that the superheroes are the problem in the first place. “The world is better off if nobody has superpowers.” That trope has been infection since before there were superheroes.
But these are abuse survivors who definitely have the intrusive thought “everybody would be happier if I had never been born.”
You do not end a story about people suffering from that kind of trauma where the universe says to them. “yes, everybody would be happier if you had never been born.”
That is not heroic sacrifice.
The sex slavery plot drove me CRAZY. Getting kidnapped, possedes by ghost and raped IS NOR FUNNY.
I subscribe to the 'S4 didn't happen' idea, as I cannot believe they would do all the characters so dirty. So much build up in previous seasons for nothing, hoping the books do better 😅
Edit: Also, this was your first upload? Very well done 🙌
me IMMEDIATELY clicking when i saw the title...
I feel the writers completely lost the plot, rewatchimg season 1 i remembered what this show was even about, childhood trauma which was at the centre of the show but i feel got lost with the "need" for world building and the sci-fi elements. It just makes the ending of the show even worse because its basically saying "you will never overcome your trauma, it is physically impossible for you to do so and you will make life for those around you worse if you keep on trying to" 😊
There were no writers. The script for season 4 was AI generated
Five was my FAVORITE character. What happened in the last season ruined the entire show. Any five edits I see, I just think of him and Lila and I’m disgusted and upset and distressed .
Umbrella academy fans watching their show be destroyed in 1 season
The way Blackman talked about Fivela makes me think he wanted it from their introduction and the budget cuts freed him from having to listen to anyone else.
I agree with you on everything, and I'm glad you made this video. This season had so much "old man" energy
Just want to say that for your first video this was very well done. Also I can’t agree with you more about how underutilized klaus was and how op he is in the comics
The lila 5 storyline is because someone saw quentin and elliott in the magicians and thought "I can do that, but remove all emotion and meaning from it and it will be better i promise"
Their goal was unclear, their leaving not justified, and therefore them getting stuck was unnecessary.
Hold up, i never finished the magicians---Quentin and Elliot get together?!?!
@@whish67 You definitely should finish it. There's a moment where it looks like they will.
I agree with the points made in this video. You're very smart and funny, I hope you continue to make videos.
Ray was pretty important for allisons character development, just overshadowed with the ammount of grief she had over him the next few episodes
15:29 nooo please I want 4 hours of yapping I love this sm
This season, just, really messed me up. I think I just have to find a fix-it fix and just. Read it and hope that erases the eight hours I wasted.

This is pretty solid for a first video. Well done!
pls do make more vids yapping about how bad this season was, i can’t adequately express how much they just ruined everything, for no reason, it almost felt spiteful to the audience and the characters but i doubt they care enough even to do that
the first two seasons were amazing... i wish the last two were never even made.
I had to erase season 4 from my head. I didn’t even like the first season but I gave it another chance the 2nd season. Loved it. 3, well we all know that traumatic shit, but it did good for 6 outta 7 of the siblings. But wtffff was 4😭
brellie ben i miss you
Honestly I would pay to watch a show focused on Klaus (with different writers ofc)
The deleted scenes are the only thing worth watching.
Picked a hell of a first video, cracked 25k+ views out the gate.
Ughhhh season 2
Why did it keep going afterwards 😭😩
When I saw this season only had 6 episodes I immediately knew I was about to watch pure garbage.
I'm like 4 episodes in and it's a struggle to get through! Almost every line is cringe!!
Nobody in this show needed a girlfriend more than 5, sorry.
season 4 is bad but im fine with it,in a way...
what im not fine with is the romance between 5 and lila
five murdered her parents yes they are alive in this timeline but in a way this is worse she just watched how her family is one of the most loving and carring family and five took it away from her
this what her life couldv e been if five didn t start the organisation,
why the fuck is there a romance between these two??????
and by the way five did murder her family twice
one by starting the organisation and two doing the job itself
this is beyond fucked
also the age gap
he is very young
yes he is 85 cronlogical but 20 biological
this is beyond fucked
I shipped Five and Lila for a while and their romance made me very happy. I got a reason why it needed to happen. Maybe I'll also make my first video to explain it.
