I have four children my oldest is 23 I played this album every night for them they still remember they play it for there children what a spiritual expierience we are all irish and scottish they feel it thank u so much
Although this song and the scenery are so touching It brings me to tears. I feel the sadness of a lifetime. The Lord Jesus will bring me healing comfort when my time has ended. The ones I love are with God.

My husband and I were married in 2001...there were those who were noticably not there...but were felt in spirit. We had a portion of the ceremony where we remembered them. We played this song and our parents came and lit 4 candles(three grandfathers and an uncle) It was very moving. I truly love this song.

my friend was like a second mother to me she was there for me and my boyfriend during the hard times when we had nobody else to turn too. though she had a lot of health problems including mental she sometimes treat us harshly but we forgave her we stuck by her side through thick and thin we go with her everywhere, we went to her appointments for moral support when she wasn't feeling well we'd go to the emergency room which was frequently. despite blood tests, xrays they couldn't find nothing wrong until last year she went back to the hospital after not being satisfied with her diagnosis. after tests done she was told she had lung cancer and given 6 months to live she passed away a day before my birthday i was devastated. RIP gone but never forgotten
To think that I first heard this in a goth club one night. It is true, sometimes from the darkest depths one can find the brightest of treasures.
I love your video. My mother died in 2000 and, per her wishes, my husband and I scattered her ashes from a whale boat out of Depoe Bay, Oregon. We had a small memorial service a few weeks later and had this song played over the sound system at the end. So finding your video of the song with scenes from the Oregon coast just means the world to me. Thank you.

For me, this is a song about keeping strong through the hard times even when you are far away from someone, especially if that someone has passed on. My best connection is my semi-long-distance relationship with my boyfriend, and when a while goes by when I haven't seen him, I pull through hard times just by remembering him. Moreover, I think the song means even more to someone who has lost someone dear to them. Very beautiful.
