We received a mail order for help to repair a 4-stroke motor water pump. it has been completely damaged and is no longer functional. We took off every single part of the machine to restore it. Some details could not be restored, we proceeded to replace them. We use a variety of methods to restore the functionality of individual parts. I spent two weekends doing exactly this to a Chinese honda copy and quickly found out that I could have bought a brand new one for less than the cost of the spares let alone the labour.

You did an excellent job cleaning it up and restoring it.. want to point out one thing.. never spray paint inside the cylinder head... And you should probably relapse the valves after you take it apart and clean them due to corrosion..... You can get yourself a very very cheap $3 ring compressor so it doesn't scrape the walls when you put the Piston back in
It wasn't moving much water wise and I have no idea what speed the engine was running due to the end being sped up. I can point out a few other things he did that shouldn't have been done. Get actual replacement gaskets for the machine and DON'T USE GASKET MAKER SEALANT! It can brake off and cause havoc inside the engine. It wasn't shown in the video but using a torque wrench, even on Honda copy engines is a good idea and re-setting valve clearances are a must when you pull the head and replacing the gasket.

The sand blasting idea was great however there’s no way you got that engine running that easy you used a dremel to clean the cylinder lol also no carb cleaning either plus the bird noises made me want to sleep

Some things to buy:
- funnel
- wire brush (wasting so much water unless it's necessary isn't good)
- nail clipper (unless you aren't afraid of getting some terrible injuries…)
- goggles (as above)

احسن الله عملك الى يوم القيامة شكرا لقد قمت بعمل نبيل ومن فضلك اريد ان اعرف هل المحركات ذو شوط واحد الكل قطع الغيار واحدة ام ماذا عندي محرك مثله تماما كيف اشتريه هل عند ما اذهب الى بائع قطع الغيار مثلا اقول للبائع عندي محرك صيني ذو 15حصان فهناك قطع غيار قد لا تكون مثل التي اشتريتها وكيف الحل وشكرا

-sedi valvole non controllate,testata non rettificata,vernice presente su ambo le faccie
-bulloni testata non serrati con dinamometrica
-nessun controllo sul gioco valvole
-il grasso sui cuscinetti di banco va tolto,sennò l olio non lubrifica e si rovinano
-la tenuta meccanica non è stata controllata se effettivamente teneva,e il coperchio lato carter non è stato messo in posizione corretta
-livello olio motore non regolato
