    Good day po. I was curious about the "taught" and "research" program of the said university kaya I visited their website recently and was confused by the given description. Just wanted to ask you po if ang "taught" ba, taught lang ba talaga and walang thesis na need i publish, hence the name?
    And one more thing, since di ko ma grasped ang difference between the two (taught and research), maka influence po ba kung ano yung pinili ko na program sa masters especially if mag pursue later on ng higher educ (i.e. PhD)?

      Hi bro! Thanks for your comment. I think that depends on your goal. If your goal is to work in NZ, then you'll be required to take a short postgraduate certificate/diploma (6mos-1yr) to be eligible to work. If higher studies naman ang gusto mo i-pursue, you can always opt to take up a "Research" masters or PhD :)

    • @darylcielo
      @darylcielo  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      isa lang macocover ng scholarship, as for the visa, the duration it covers is yung duration ng study mo based sa ipapakita mong docs, so it'll be the first degree din. For this scholarship (MFAT), you'd have a contract to go back in the ph after your study and you'll be bound to stay in the ph for 1-2 yrs. IF you don't want that and want to stay in NZ, you'd have to pay MFAT (equivalent to the amount of the scholarship), then that can end your contract with them, and you can just apply for another degree and another visa/visa extension
