Hi there SickBiker - I'm in the market for a new top of the range bike computer. Do you have any experience with the Garmin EDGE 1030? If so, how would you compare the navigation with the Mio Cyclo 605? Cheers :-)
I am still using after 5 years my Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 + Endomondo. Battery lasts around 8-10 hours of road cycling, offline using only GPS, and I see all data + map when I am home. The phone costs now under 50 euros , + Endomondo is basicly free lol.
Hi, nice comparison! Just one question... does the magnet-less speedsensor also work when it’s attached to the rear wheel in stead of the front? If yes, I would be able to see my speed on my indoor trainer, so I really would like to know and can’t find it on the internet... thanks in advance!
I was looking into the same 605 version but I’m hesitating because the touchscreen of my Cylco 505hc is performing very bad in wet weather conditions. It is so bad, that it became very normal to me that the screen becomes unresponsive. So I am not able to turn off the device or stop/pause my training. Are you planning testing the responsiveness of the device in wet weather conditions? That would help me a lot in making my decision.
Saludos, Mario Camps

you jumped from 405 to 605...what happened to the 505
The 505 is the older model. The 400/405/605 were the last Mio Gps out on the market about a year ago now ;)

Has anyone bought the 605 and found that the sensors seem not to work and cause errors to be displayed on the screen?
Sir montra madrock is good cycle please reply I am so confused 😕😕👍👍
Look like they only have entry Level bikes
Be careful these GPS do not allow you to follow a track if you do not have the map, you cannot get maps of south america
Always no signal. I do not advise you to buy
