As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
If you are thinking of investing in the stock market and you are not well versed, its advisable to work with a financial advisor who is an expert to guide you through the process. this way you could make more profit with less risk
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
I have a female advisor named Sharon Ann Meny . I recommend researching her. To be very honest, I'm glad I decided to let someone handle expanding my finances even though I almost didn't think I should.
The upcoming end-of-year stock market rally, along with the current one, has me pumped. I’ve been working double shifts and continuously buying more shares and Bitcoin. I’m grateful as my portfolio has grown by $300k so far this year.
Such uncertainties are the reasons I don’t base my judgement on a ''heresay'' , 2020 had me holding trash stocks, but thankfully revamp my portfolio through the aid of a pro before seeing significant gains. To date, I've scaled up nearly 320% ROI. it's been 4 years and counting. I and my advisor are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal and we're not far.
I've stuck with ‘’Sophia Irene Powell” for years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
I just checked Sophia Irene Powell website, and I’m even more impressed! The range of financial strategies and resources she offers is amazing. I can see why so many people trust her with their investments-looking forward to working together!
I was truly impressed by the insightful interview and the valuable lessons shared by Howard. It made me reflect on my own behavior as a market participant and investor. I want to express my gratitude to Howard for his wisdom and to Dan for his thorough preparation. I hope Warren Buffet is watching this interview and perhaps even consider discussing these topics with Dan.😊😊
I was truly impressed by the insightful interview and the valuable lessons shared by the great Howard Marks. It makes every entrepreneur and investor reflect on their own behavior as a market participant, #investor and #entrepreneur.
Investing in mutual funds, which are professionally managed by fund managers, provides a disciplined and diversified strategy to wealth accumulation. Mutual funds are a popular option for reaching a range of financial goals because of their expert administration, simplicity of access, and benefits of diversity, despite some limitations and fees.
Exactly, I used to doubt the value of a financial advisor until my wife's company assigned her an investment adviser in 2020. Honestly, it’s been the best financial decision I’ve made. It helped tremendously; I went from barely making any profit to having a well-diversified portfolio that has grown significantly, with gains exceeding $850k.
My CFA is Karen Marie Gendron, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Purchasing mutual funds, which are expertly overseen by fund managers, offers a methodical and varied approach to accumulating money. Despite certain restrictions and costs, mutual funds are a well-liked choice for achieving a variety of financial objectives due to their professional management, ease of access, and advantages of diversity.
Yes, until my wife's employer hired an investment adviser for her in 2020, I didn't think financial advisors were worth it. It's been the best financial move I've ever made, to be honest. It was really helpful; I moved from barely turning a profit to having a diversified portfolio that has increased dramatically, with gains of over $850,000.
I am glad to hear an experienced investor agonizing the same investment questions I asked myself frequently. As long as I am reasonably diversified and my future income is protected, I can afford to be more liberal with my decisions. Hope it will work.
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 85K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
Yes, I agree. I use a financial advisor too. Same person since 2020. I don't worry about whether the economy is going up or down or sideways. I always ride through.
My CFA Sharon Ann Meny, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
Great interview! But it's just hard to listen to you going ,,mhm ; sure; hm; yes ; right; mhm" For a listener it's smoother to just listen to the answer qithout you interrupting Thanks for the interview
If you think like an investor, someone who wants to own a part of a company, you wouldn't sell a piece of your ownership just because you've made some money. If the company is doing well and has plans to do even better, it's crazy to sell unless someone offers you much more than the stock's actual value. Otherwise, you'll never become very rich. This is what I've learned by observing real entrepreneurs with their companies.
Hi! I'm from New Delhi looking to start investing in the US stock market with $80-100k. Should I focus on index funds or individual stocks? Also, any tips on handling currency exchange rates? Thanks!
With $80-100k, I'd suggest a mix of index funds and a few individual stocks. Diversify and watch currency rates by converting in smaller amounts. Good luck!
Personally I put down 1.3m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. It was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k. Invested it with a CFP here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I invest back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.
*Marissa Lynn Babula* is the licensed CFP I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
This video indicates you don't need a high IQ to be a good investor, just 2 qualities, self discipline and a lot of patience. Investing is mostly about behavioral psychology. How can I generate more income to retire with at least $3m for long term care and expenses?
We share common goal, making sure you are ready for your later years is very important. That's why passive investing works, low costs, better diversification and it enables people to overcome their behavioural bias especially if they engage professional help.
Great advice here. Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I currently have 75% SCHD and 25% ROTH IRA. Brokerage account is 40% VOO, 35% SCHD, 25% XLK. Combine balance ~$3.3m Less than 3 years until retirement.... I have about 400k in cash. My portfolio has yielded far more than I expected for my retirement. Kudos to my advisor.
I've stuck with ‘’Jennifer Leigh Hickman ” for more than 9 years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
I'm sorry, Iwould greatly appreciate if the interviewer stop injecting the filler words "right", "um", "sure". You may think you are giving positive feedback to Mark, but it's very interruptive to the actual audience (and to some of your interviewees too). You can signal positive feedback with a silent knod that would be more than enough.
Dear Mr. Dan Ha - please stop making stupid noises while Mr. Marks is talking. Just take your microphone off and sit on it if you need to. Stop with the “sure” after every sentence. You make it impossible to listen to and learn from Mr. Marks.

I have a female advisor named Sharon Ann Meny . I recommend researching her. To be very honest, I'm glad I decided to let someone handle expanding my finances even though I almost didn't think I should.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran an online search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
The upcoming end-of-year stock market rally, along with the current one, has me pumped. I’ve been working double shifts and continuously buying more shares and Bitcoin. I’m grateful as my portfolio has grown by $300k so far this year.
Don't sell everything, just raise some cash so you can go shopping if and when a correction or crash takes place.
Such uncertainties are the reasons I don’t base my judgement on a ''heresay'' , 2020 had me holding trash stocks, but thankfully revamp my portfolio through the aid of a pro before seeing significant gains. Your advisor must be really good. How I can get in touch? My portfolio's decline is a concern, and I could use some guidance.
I've stuck with ‘’Sophia Irene Powell” for years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.

Howard Marks is so brilliant. My favorite investor of all time.
I was truly impressed by the insightful interview and the valuable lessons shared by Howard. It made me reflect on my own behavior as a market participant and investor. I hope Warren Buffet is watching this interview and perhaps even consider discussing these topics with Dan.😊😊
agree, great questions.
Yes 👍👍👍
I like how he crunches the ice after drinking water. Your daily pleasure in otherwise dull day in the office.
You noticed that too? 😂😂😂
It is always great to listen to the wiseman Howard, and thanks for the well prepared question.
This is so great. Way better than discussing about what sectors is going to outperform after election.

VWINX and FSPGX are all still good buy, but what do I know I’m not a financial advisor

What a great interview!! My favorite of all time from both!!!
I became millionaire by following Howard!
I also need to mention: I used to be a billionaire 😂
This is an excellent philosophy and mind set to be a successful investor. Serenity & Not to a Perfectionist are the keys!

Her name is Annette Christine Conte can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like
Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
Great! Looking forward to seeing more of similar series like this!
A 30 minutes fantastic mentorship. Love it.

When did this interview come out?
Right when he credited JFK with a passage out of the Desiderata--that was where I shut it off.
Howard: can I slap him on the 100th hmm hmm
@6.32 - "rules are meant to be broken" - wish Trump comes back and tosses the "international rules-based order" :)
The interviewer should not be constantly saying "right", "uh huh ", "sure", grunting
Yes quite distracting
I agree
Shit now I can’t unhear it hahah fuck that’s annoying
It is so annoying 😑
He is not very smart
Its anoying hearing the intervier "sure" every 5 seconds.
14:00. so this guy is a bill collector ???
But covid is a recession which was covered partially by quantitative easing
Wish the moderator would just not say yes yes sure sure ahem ahem ahem
Damn irritating
Could not agree with you more! I had to stop listening for that reason.
the constant 'mh hm' from the interviewer is really annoying but otherwise good video!
uh huh...
