Worse come to worst, what is the most costly expense (or at least, the price range) for people to expect when they loose most/all of the dental bone (both upper/lower)?

Had upper teeth extracted on 7 Feb 23. I have not enuff bone in upper jaw. Do I need to wait for mouth remodeling if zygomatic are used?
Perhaps. It would depend on the situation. If only a few were extracted most likely no. However if a lot of extractions were done that might possibly be the case. I'm sorry I don't have a definite answer for you. However at 3 months post extraction you would definitely be ready which for you isn't far away now! How much for full top implants with 1/2 inch of bone. Got top teeth removed in 2017 haven’t had a denture or anything since and have constantly been told im screwed. Barely have any bone at all seriously like less than 1/2 inch of bone if that 😞

Hi l have mini implants 8.on top and 8 on the bottom. With sniping dentures is it possible to upgrade it for hybrid bridge instead..
Hi, it possible but unlikely. Typically mini implants do not have a connection to be able to make "fixed" teeth because they are one piece and don't have a connection like normal implants do. Additionally they can be thinner and possibly not hold the extra bite strength you would gain with fixed teeth. However, this is without knowing your specific case so we would have to have a consult to make an appropriate diagnosis. Wow I been pricing permanent and it is the same price as the ones on this video
So why would I pay that much for ones that come out?
I hope one day that someone out there would have more reasonable pricing because there is no way I would go in debt for something that comes out
D 5 teeth is the same price pretty much if you’re wanting 17,000 to 19,000
These do not come out so we are not aware of what you are referring to. We also are specifically going over advanced implants that not many offices offer or are equipped to do.
What about the bottom teeth? I just paid 10,000 for two implants on the bottom. The implants are located directly under the nostrils. Dental surgeon insists they will hold bottom denture. I’m a little worried about that…should I be? Thanks
They certainly will hold the bottom denture better than they would with no implants. They will not be "fixed" like the implants referred to in this video however so they will still come in and out and not have the full chewing power capable with fixed teeth. However, they will certainly be a step up from a denture with no implants at all. Hope this answers your question!
Interesting! I thought zygomatic implants were the only way.
They can be in certain instances for sure but we avoid them if they are not strictly necessary when fortunately is less than 10 percent of the time!
