I always really enjoy your GRWM make up videos. Your make up looks gorgeous and just shows you don't have to buy high end make up to look fab! Well done for using the affordable products and getting a good result. I have the Charlotte tilbury pressed powder which is good and lasts for ages. Haven’t tried the Laura mercier one. I think it might be too shiny. I would need to see a tester first.

Thank you - welcome to my channel! I use the Babyliss Big Hair rotating brush to get the look in this video, but more often, I just put my head upside down and scrunch dry it with my hands and a blast of the hair dryer.

I shall defintely be looking up some of those products Caroline. At the moment I am just cleansing and moisturising and drawing on eyebrows everyday; which I have to do because of hair loss. Thank goodness my eyelashes were unaffected! I am hibernating but I should make more of an effort and I am inspired! 👍

Very pretty makeup and skilfully applied..have just purchased the contour stick..so a 👍on that, already use the mascara, the brightener and the Aldi primer and have put the brushes on my wish list (birthday coming up)..always love a get ready with me!xx
Caroline now Wilko is closed they are selling from their online website - Essence makeup is on there. Some of their cleaning items are now in the Range - pleased to see some of the ones i use i can get in the Range. P&P is quite reasonable online. Hope that helps.

You look lovely! I am taking the tip about using a finger for that upwards line. How clever is that? I recently came across online advice for seriously dry lips - no exfoliators, but a dab of face oil (or olive oil!) at night before bed covered with a good moisture retaining balm. It actually works! xx Ptty

I must thank you for a brilliant tip you gave a few vlogs ago, it was to use silicon cases to contain wax melts, I can't tell you how much difference it has made, I'd all but given up on the melt world of mess and gunge, now I'm hoarding them like a woman possessed :)

I’m so glad you mentioned moving eye & cheek colors higher with age. Everything aimed upward. So many 50+ ladies are still wearing products (and long hair) too low, dragging the face down. Gravity certainly takes care of that, we don’t need to help it along, do we?😁

Yes, I find they work just as well in terms of how long they last (I do often use a setting spray as a final step) as more expensive brands.
You just can't go wrong with Revlon lipsticks.
